I've got news: atoms are not 2 dimensional. I can't help but think any publication that prints this stuff isn't worth the paper it's no longer printed on.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The government should not be allowed to conduct a search until a warrant is listed. That means (to my interpretation) that if you are walking in public, the government can not document where you are or when, unless they get a warrant to "tail" you. They should not be allowed to install license plate readers to drag-net search. I feel like that is a violation of the 4th amendment. as is drone surveillance. I feel "surveillance" by the government or by any actor operating on the government's behalf should be illegal until a warrant is issues, describing the thing to be surveilled, which must describe the crime and the specific thing.
