      Hey dexterpexter, long time no talk. How are you?

      It can't be used commercially without my permission, but other than that, spread it around! I'd prefer you send people to the web site at http://pudge.net/tunes/ [pudge.net] -- or at least to distribute the web site URL with it -- but do whatever works best for you.

          Last year I posted [slashdot.org] just a brief demo. This is the actual recording, first posted one month ago today. So, this is a completely different version. Same basic idea, but I lowered it a whole bunch and changed the style a bit, added a bunch more instrumentation (drums, bass, electric guitar, background vocals), and recorded it using real mics etc. Now it actually sounds good.
          • Well, I thought the demo sounded good, so I'm expecting good things... will d/l it when I get home!
  • My b-day is 9/11 as well. I hit the big 3-oh in 2001, so today is my 35th. Small world.

      Glad you liked the song.

      It's not really my birthday, though. Maybe that's why I chose to do it in the mode of Johnny Cash: he was never a prisoner at Folsom, either!
