I often say that there are a thousand ways to say the same thing, and how you say it (notice it is not what you say, since you are delivering the same information) is greatly dependant upon the listener. This is no different. Unfortunately, interpersonal communication is so nuanced that it is so much more than a language barrier, and unfortunately, so many developers around the world are lacking in this skill. If they weren't, many organizations would simply not use them.
