Air BnB is loosing users because of these renters who want the most cash with the minimal outlay of work. If you can get your guest to do the work, less to pay to have someone clean. This and other "fees" has made ABNB to expensive in most cases over a traditional hotel/motel.

Taking the same board, software and having someone in the use screw it to the plastic case doesnt solve the underlying issue that is a foreign company, using unreviewed software and sticking it in US homes.
