When I received aid for college it was paid directly to the college. It didn't go to me.
Can someone explain how the fraud is occurring? Is the college getting money from the state/fed even though the student isn't real?

This would be like requiring LAW as required course for k-12.
So everyone is skilled in Legal and now there is an over supply of lawyers. That causes lower wages.
So if everyone knows at least some level of programming then there will be more programmers so supply demand in the work force works in the company favor.

At the end of the day most average middle class gets taxed at 33%.
The top .1% average .. what did Mitt Romney say? 12% 15%?
Either way you cut it the average middle income family pays more % per paycheck then the uber wealthy.

The us is made to purchase the euro and send that over to Europe to pay all those people.

We need wages that pay enough to buy a house and feed a family. That is called minimum wage and why it should be a hell of a lot higher then it is. Wages are what we need not job types.

Funny part is lower class wages go up, that causes middle class wages to go up. The only part that gets hit is the CEO making 100000% more then the average worker.

The wealthy goal has always been lets go back to we own the workers and they are slaves. Hell they hated share cropping because they didn't get to own the person doing the work on their land, even thought they made bank on it.
