We dont want everything covered in solar panels that only produce 5 hours of energy and distribution cables everywhere. We want trees and Nuclear plants that produce massive power in a small location. Solar makes sense in the desert however because lots of sun and nothing grows there anyways. Nobody is getting left in the dust. Americans want gasoline vehicles and are happy with them. Americans have money and gasoline is a very small percentage of income. I spend 750 per year on gas which is less than 1% of my income so why do I even need to consider an EV?
