Except that there'll never be any further study because it's a Schedule 1 drug and you'll never get funding for any study that doesn't repeat the mantra that a Schedule 1 drug is evil. Even if you have to feed your chimpanzees crystal meth instead of MDMA to get the result you want.

I read Lost in Math based on (some of) her YT videos and found she's not nearly as entertaining in print as she is in person, or maybe just that she's refined he presentation since the book came out. The book seemed to get Lost in Itself after awhile. The videos aren't bad, but have the standard YT curse, she has to keep cranking out new ones on a regular schedule and at some point you more or less run out of things to poke a stick at.

I knew they existed but little more, but now after reading the writeup (and a few others) I can't understand why anyone would buy one of these things in the first place: They look like any other EV out there, they're from an unproven company, they're fecking expensive, and there's endless stories of them being riddled with problems. They don't quite have a big flashing sign over them saying "Stay away", but they're pretty close.
