Dammit, I was pretty happy in my Mastodon bubble. Now the dumb hordes are back knocking at the door. Lots of chatter in Mastodon / Fediverse about blocking Threads due to too-loose moderation policies. Mastodon users tend to be hyper-triggered by anything, so will be interesting to see how this pans out. Anyway what's nice is that you can individually block (or not block) Threads so again -choice- is what distinguishes the Fediverse from Xwitter/Twitch/Bluesky.
