The linked article does not mention which IT company was involved.

This article https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cio.com%2Farticle%2F38... mentions EvoSys who I had never heard of before this

"Although the council had expected to implement the system out-of-the-box, it made customized modifications including the introduction of the BRS, which failed to function as planned."

Adding customizations defeats the purpose of implementing a package solution

Comment Relative score matters, absolute score not so much (Score 1) 115

The major use of the SAT is as a single standard to compare students from disparate schools.

If Student A beats student B 1550-1450 rather than 1380-1250 it mostly doesn't matter. The most important thing you learn from the scores is that student A is stronger doing multiple choice Math and English tests.

Genuine emergency meetings at short notice, also acceptable.

"... But then came a too-good-to-be-true subscription deal from MoviePass, a promotion that offered a daily movie for a year for just $94. With ticket prices no longer an issue, I ended up seeing 181 movies — including most of the Oscars contenders. Those movies would have cost me $2,747 without MoviePass. That’s 52 cents per film, a 97 percent discount from $15. The deal was so good that MoviePass no longer offers it..."

People willingly wanted to have many children, because of all the uncertainties. If you had a few kids then hopefully at least one of them would look after you when you can no longer do it yourself.
