Your Average Joe writes: Anyone that has been around a while knows that the cool kids do not work on VBA in corporate America. The Millennials do not work at all, the business and factories in the area are basically mobbing anyone that looks like they could work. HR is having a hell of a time filling positions and it appears Microsoft is hit as well. They have taken a look and noticed the age of the workforce and how long the Millennials stay around, they use Microsoft as a stepping stone for about 12-18 months and then move on. All the Millennials that work at Microsoft are considered nerds and outcasts. So the only thing to do is try to buy cool, like the dancing surface advertisements. I even think if you ask the Millennials if they want a world dominated by Microsoft with no iPhone or Android devices they would just say Microsoft is that old software my mom and dad use...
