I've seen that repeated ad nauseam but I can't say I've noticed it. Cloudflare reported a drop in both traffic but that was apparently regular Yandex indexing bots.
So I wonder if it's just propaganda.
At least I won't be labeled a Russian bot for thinking so.
I suspect that "market share" is a lot about what kind of games heavy players are playing on Steam right now. March was when Slay the Spire 2 was released, a very Linux friendly game, popular with Linux demographics. Months where DRM-ridden MMOs or extraction shooter of the month dominates - which is most of them - will see lower Linux use.
They are factually security improvements.
Sure, as long as you're clear it's not your security as a user they're protecting.

FYI, it's also a bad idea to throw "conspiracy theory" around to describe garden-variety private profit maximizing schemes. Reserve it for grand conspiracy theories, those that would actually require superhuman levels of coordination and secrecy. You'll regret your rhetorical huffing and puffing in defense of Hollywood when actual grand conspiracy theories take hold of society and fuck up things for you personally.
You mean the theater gets to keep 5% of the popcorn sales?
That's a point in favor of their humanity, technically.
Turn off anonymous cowardice before complaining that people won't debate you, you two.
