Militarily? The second it decided it wanted to.
Umm, I think the Japanese had some say in that decision.
'Inflammation' is just the immune system doing its job. No inflammation just means you haven't been exposed to any bacteria, viruses, toxins or pollution right now. Your exposure changes all the time so your inflammation will continuously vary as your body tries to fix the problem.
The way these folks use 'inflammation' is the same way they use 'anti-oxidants'. It is just a scare tactic to sell more snake oil.
We are talking about processed meat, not illegal aliens!
Mmm. Tasty Soylent green!
Not true. In the UK, both banking and hotel registration are happy if you present your Driving Licence as proof of identification.
Core fees... Apple... Whoosh!
Why not just go the whole way and issue GUIDs?
it is such an incredible triumph for Microsoft to be able to run software on computers, now.
Microsoft runs software on computers now? Who knew?
You were obviously not on a gas main. Oil heating is very expensive.
Electricity sounds fine until you realise the cost per kW is four times the rate for natural gas. That's why nobody wants to switch.
We mostly have hot water radiators, so yes, hot water, but for heating as well as bathing.
I think the current plans assume just changing out the existing gas or oil boiler for one of these things, leaving the existing pipework in place.
These are supposed to be air source, not ground source. No holes dug or bored here.
The way UK winters and summers are going, we should all be fitting real AC units instead.
The biggest problem is the tiny amount of voltage generated could be from 'noise' such as RF or the AC power grid.
What's wrong with that? The noise energy or electric/electromagnetic field energy radiated from the power grid would otherwise go to waste. If someone can find a way to collect what is otherwise dissipated, and in usable amounts, then why not? It isn't as if the Earth's rotation is our only potential source of energy.
But can you eat it with chopsticks?
Well, when you consider the Professor's name, the suspicion is that a cat wrote it.
"Because classical information needs to be sent, quantum teleportation cannot occur faster than the speed of light."
Bummer.
Then don't send it in Greek, dummy!
He who is content with his lot probably has a lot.
