I like being able to pull all my mail to my main machine, filter it into folders and have it, backups too.

I do all of that on my mail server. It's then accessible over IMAP, or I can fire up Roundcube in a browser. The filters are also managed through Roundcube. The VPS it runs on costs me maybe $12 per month, and that's not even the cheapest option out there.

This is really a shame, very dissapointed in Mozzila. Fakespot is wonderful and has saved me thousands of dollars and countless hours on Amazon, Home Depot, and Walmart. If Mozilla is abandoning it, the code should be released. It is a project that I would support with both time and money.

I don't think it directly supports remote streaming

It does, but you'll need to route the incoming traffic through manually. For me, that involves having the router forward traffic on port 443 to the server and configuring a reverse proxy on the server to hand off traffic addressed to jellyfin.$HOME_DOMAIN to the Jellyfin daemon. In my case, Jellyfin is one service among many on a Docker host, with Caddy directing incoming traffic to wherever it needs to go.

It's not automated like Plex, but I've streamed movies and TV shows from across the country without any problems.

I'm hesitant to migrate. I've been eligible for the free update for a couple of years now, and it is an option that shows in Windows Update, but to date, I declined. The " PC Health Check app" says my hardware fully supports Windows 11, but it declines to tell me what apps will have issues, which is my main hesitation as I know I will spend days and money getting what just works today to work in the updated OS. I still have Adobe CS 5, I know it is old, but I only use it for specialized astrophotography. I don't want to spend $30/month for an Adobe subscription. I have a dozen other programs that I paid for. I don't want to be on an upgrade treadmill. I want everything to "just work (tm)" when I need it. Just like the tools in my shop, my oven, and my water heater. Windows is a tool, not a lifestyle. I would pay $25/year or whatever to get Win 10 security updates past October or whatever.
