That's easy. We've gone our whole lives without AI and did just fine. Most cases of AI use aren't geniuses streamlining their busy workload. It's idiots trying to get their crap work to be passable. Don't get me wrong, even current AI can do some incredible things. But you aren't better off in the long run offloading your thinking to a statistics model.

I was about to say that both sides are very guilty of blatantly lying, but the real problem is that there are sides at all. And what's worse is both sides are convincing people they are telling the truth. If I can tell the political leaning of the journalist or reporter, than they're doing a bad job.

No, it's because your arguments about capitalism are frequently about the moral failures of capitalism. But every time I've seen you make that argument you make it as if it's not a human problem and socialism or communism wouldn't have those issues. It's not that it's a left wing argument being voted down. It's just a nonsensical argument.

I assume you drive cars where you are? You're clearly in favor of road rage incidents and automotive fatalities. There are nearly as many guns as there are people and our society is remarkably peaceful over all. Besides, when do criminals bent on murder care about gun control to laws? Murder is illegal and that doesn't stop them. Should owning a gun be worse than murder then?

"We are letting sociopaths run amok." That is literally the definition of capitalism.

No, that is neither literally nor figuratively the definition of capitalism. How can anyone take anything you say seriously when you make such patently dumb claims? So where do all the sociopaths go in other forms of economic models?
