    Summary: I'm very grateful for the performance that Zoho CRM has had thanks to the perfect interaction it has given me with customers and allowing me to carry out consistent monitoring for each sale. Despite how slow the platform is to process the data collected and convert it into reports, I consider that its general operation is quite good, it's an extremely fluid platform, easy to use and that helps to always be connected with potential clients and to be able to provide them with good care during the process of each sale. Currently, Zoho CRM has helped us a lot to be able to finalize property negotiations in less time.

    Positive: Zoho CRM is a fantastic platform for managing all leads and being able to drive sales thanks to customer care during each sale process. One of the things I like the most about Zoho CRM is that this platform allows me to use various methods to communicate with customers, it allows me to communicate via email, direct message, video call, audio messages and online chat, this variety of ways communication has been able to help me consolidate the sales process and ensure that customer interaction never lost. I'm also very pleased to be able to receive reports and graphs designed automatically by the same platform, because it helps me analyze all the data collected without the need for so much inconvenience.

    Negative: One of the negative features that Zoho CRM has is with respect to its data collection system. Zoho CRM collects the data accurately, and manages to extract the entire customer experience and turn it into graphs and reports, however, for this process to be done automatically, a long period of time must pass, so that the platform can process the information. I would like all these reports to be done automatically with the collection of information in real time, which does not take so long to process the information, since it would be much better for me to receive the reports instantly.

    Summary: Zoho CRM is a wonderful customer relations manager. You can deploy multiple tools in it. I liked its lead manager also the real-time analytics data, it's very accurate. Overall, Zoho CRM manages relations pretty well.

    Positive: Zoho CRM is a versatile platform to manage sales and marketing processes from the top. Its Mailchimp integration makes marketing job a lot easier. Zoho CRM allows me to connect with customers thru multiple channels. Overall it's a feature-packed CRM.

    Summary: I've used a number of Zoho apps/services. I've got a whole Zoho group on the homepage of my Android. I find Zoho to be user friendly and to not cause me any headaches. That's all I ask.

    Positive: Easier to use than some of the overwrought choices out there. I use Zoho Connect on my phone to simplify/streamline. Everything is intuitive and user friendly.

    Negative: I don't have any complaints. I've used Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense, and especially Zoho Notebook. They all do what they promise.
