    Summary: Zoho crm is a very visual service, allowing the creation and management of dashboards that can be dragged into others, mostly for the purpose of being able to drill down further into sales performance results and relationships with each customer. Zoho crm shows an excellent self-service portal manager, which works well to guide our customers through the entire sales operation, all the way to completion.

    Positive: The creation of sales strategies happens quickly within Zoho crm. This software automates all operations involved in capturing new customers, and can also be integrated with the Zoho Analytics platform, which gives Zia, Zoho's virtual intelligence, more capacity to assist in the automatic generation of reports on sales campaign results.

    Negative: Zoho crm's platform is not good at data crosswalks. That is, in combining analytics to create more extensive and up-to-date graphical analytics, which somewhat limits how easy it is to see the status of each transaction versus the rest. For this situation, the solution seems to be to add Zoho crm to the Zoho Analytics external report builder.

    A blessing for Startups

    Summary: Overall I feel this is the service I would quickly recommend anyone who has started up a business and is presented with all the HR, tax , accounts related complexities.
    This is easy to use system and is mostly free till you are up on your feet.

    Positive: Zoho Invoices is awesome easy to use invoice system.

    Zoho Payroll helped me with simple employee payslip generator and handler when my employees asked for payslips. It provides a full web panel for employees to access and get their payslips.

    Zoho expense - I have just started using it and it seems the excellent app to help me manage my receipts and bills so that next tax season I dont have to waste a full month in gathering and making books match.

    It is a complete blessing for startups who cannot yet afford accountants etc and one person is mostly managing everything.

    Negative: Some features are overly complex . Email support is nice there should be some sort of easy to access live support to help people new to all this accountancy stuff for a startup.
