Switch now, you wont regret it! Date: Jun 23 2020
Summary: As stated in the above, we have been extremely satisfied with the entire platform and service we have received from Nicole and Ryan and the entire Ninja team.
Positive: The interface is amazing. We came from a platform that was laggy, had outages and just slowed down our team on a daily basis. Cost was also a factor and we save thousands per year by switching.
More importantly was that the team at Ninja has been fabulous to work with. Our rep Nicole is a class act and extremely attentive and helpful.
We have been with Ninja a few months and everyday our only question is why we didn't switch a long time ago.Negative: There isn't much to not like. As with any software there are features that could be added and Ninja does an excellent job in getting those rolled out as well as listening to the user base and allowing us to up-vote items that we think could be useful in the future.

Ninja is great! Date: Jun 23 2020
Summary: I would recommend Ninja to any MSP/IT Dept that is looking for a new RMM. They are flexible and listen to any improvements you want to see.
Positive: Ninja is a fantastic RMM compared to the ones that have been in the market for a long time. The pricing is much lower and they listen to your ideas!
Negative: TeamViewer integration was unstable at first, but they have fixed that with Auto mode.

NinjaRMM has transformed the way that I work. Date: Jun 19 2020
Summary: As I mentioned in the title, NinjaRMM has simply transformed that way that I work. No machines get neglected because I can see them all from Ninja. How many machines are STILL not upgraded to Windows 10? How many machines have less than 15% free space? What machines are needing updates? Give me 30 seconds and I'll email you a list. From my desk in my office. Or from my couch at home. Or wherever I happen to be. If you're a small service oriented support company, do yourself a favor with NinjaRMM.
Positive: TeamViewer integration makes remote fixes incredibly easy. Proactive monitoring keeps me ahead of problems. Fewer surprises mean fewer urgent calls rearranging my day. Ninja keep my clients organized and easy to access from one central place. So much information all at my fingertips, with an easy to install client-side program.
Negative: There were a few growing pains early on, but the Ninja team has stepped up and owned the problems every time. Things are considerably smoother these days. Everybody has trouble from time to time, but how they are handled reveals the character of a company. I'm glad to partner with Ninja. My only complaint, and this is just an issue of maturing, is that there aren't more integrations available. Well, I mean to be frank, not the ones I personally want. And more appear over time, so I'm not without hope in that category.

Ditched DattoRMM and became a Ninja Date: Jun 19 2020
Summary: If you are with one of the "big players" like Kaseya, ConnectWise, etc. and debating switching to a different RMM you to need look at Ninja. They are a great company with a great product.
Positive: Ninja has been great and a real breath of fresh air coming from DattoRMM. The web interface and mobile apps are responsive with the website especially having a powerful yet simple UI.
When we switched to Ninja the pricing model was a key factor. You pay $x when you have say 50-100 agents and as you grow and add agents you move up to a lower pricing tier. It was always a hassle dealing with DattoRMM when it came time to negotiate our rates. It was like fighting with a business partner. Ninja was a clear winner.
I've had to call support a few times and to my recollection they have resolved each issue with a single can.Negative: The only con I have is not with Ninja but with TeamViewer. Ninja has numerous remote access options such as SplashTop, Ninjas Cloud RDP, and TeamViewer. As of the time of this writing there has been some issues with the TeamViewer agent not syncing properly which has occasionally caused us issues. To Ninjas credit they communicate and manage these issues very well. I've been satisfied with Ninjas handling and they did get TeamViewers issues resolved asap.

Easily the best bang for your buck with robust RMM features Date: Jun 19 2020
Summary: I have very few negative points for Ninja and they generally are caused by integrations and not the provider, themselves. The staff always listen to suggestions and provide a clear roadmap for coming attractions and features to the software.
If you're looking for cutting edge features with support that can't be beat, Ninja is the way to go. Shout out to my account manager, Nicole, for being the best intermediary I've ever had while working with a third-party service provider. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that our company needs are handled quickly and efficiently!Positive: Support staff and training is easily some of the best in the field. I've worked with your big box style brands and Ninja tops them with service. The dev team is responsive and their support reps are outstanding.
One-click installation is easy enough for customers to self-deploy, saving you time away from the office.
So far, in terms of features, they've been keeping up with all the trends that I've seen coming up. While the business owner always has me searching for new RMM solutions, NinjaRMM has been the provider for us.Negative: I've had some minor issues here and there with TeamViewer, but I think everyone has since the incident of 2020. Luckily, Ninja provides more than one way to remotely connect to client devices.

I love Ninja! Date: Jun 19 2020
Summary: The title is not a lie, even if the cake is.. I love NinjaRMM, it has streamlined so much of our work and the integration has been incredibly smooth. When we have needed to contact support they have been helpful and prompt. They really listen to each customer's input and we have already seen improvements to the product as a whole with questions we had when just looking to switch. I can't comment on pricing exactly as that's not my area though compared to our previous service I know we get more bang for the buck with Ninja.
Positive: The software is easy to use, easy to configure, setting up new clients and even access for those clients is very straight forward. The basic dashboard is clean and concise, great logging to track/review changes, access logs, etc. They have a ton of options and are adding more. With the increase in work-from-home for all our SMB clients it has been a lifesaver. Multiple options for AV and Remote Access software are great.
Negative: Clearing alerts for clients who haven't started their machines for a long time can be difficult.

Great RMM that continues to impress and improve! Date: Jun 19 2020
Summary: Ninja proves its value with personable account reps, extremely fast response from technical support, and the passion to improve their platform using feedback from their customers.
Positive: We have been using Ninja RMM over a year now and our team loves it! Having the ability to see our entire client base in one single dashboard improves our value to customers and brings us to a higher level of support. Ninja has allowed us to gain valuable insight into client networks and gives us the essential info while providing support to our clients. The main features of Ninja allow us to fully manage AV, patch management, and remote access in a very secure and controlled environment across all clients.
Negative: I don’t really have any cons for our experience with Ninja since most bugs we experience are related to integrations with software such as TeamViewer. This is more of a TeamViewer issue that Ninja is left dealing with but they have made many improvements over the last few months so our TV experience has vastly improved and we have little to no issues now.

Efficiently buggy Date: Jun 30 2020
Summary: Overall its a great experience. The pros far outweigh the bad. I really like the ability to deploy software from the portal. Also, being able to diagnose PC's without having to disrupt users makes our team look great to our clients.
Positive: It has many features in one spot to help me manage my users PCs. The ability to see performance, files, programs, etc all in one spot is extremely efficient.
Negative: It can be very buggy at times. Remote access fails probably 1 time a day where I need to ask a user to reboot.

So much increased productivity Date: Jun 25 2020
Summary: Overall I really do love the product. I can't give a full 5/5 stars because of the issue with TeamViewer not always connecting on the first attempt. Aside from that, this product has really saved me time and effort over and over again through my everyday work routine, and we have been suggesting to every one of our clients to join us in using NinjaRMM.
Positive: I love you much easier this makes my job. I have 1 central location to manage all client devices, and with email notifications for so many customizable alerts we can be as proactive as possible with our IT support.
Negative: TeamViewer has issues sometimes. It doesn't always open even if the service is running on the remote PC. Sometimes a simple restart of the service fixes it, but sometimes we just have to wait a little bit.

GO TO RMM service Date: Jun 23 2020
Summary: This is our 4th iteration of an RMM service in 10 years--and we've been w Ninja RMM the longest. The growth track with Ninja and its additional services shows us that their R&D teams are innovative, forward-thinking, and capable. While we occasionally see minor issues after an upgrade, these issues are quickly resolved.
Positive: Consistently reliable w/o extraneous garbage. The growth track has been excellent w added features.
Provides meaningful data quickly through drill-down capabilities.
NMS does an excellent job of gathering SNMP info when authenticated w a device.
Cost to Value ratio is excellent.Negative: I'd like to see better reporting, such as All Company AV or All Company Patch Compliance reporting.

Summary: All-in-all, Ninja is a great platform. My staff and I use it all day, every day to manage our 400ish computers and servers, and love the end-user access recently added. Integrations are available and slick, and the price is right for us.
Positive: - TeamViewer and Splashtop integration
- Webroot integration
- Patch management, policies, scripting and automation tools
- Mobile app
- Ease of use
- PSA integrationsNegative: - Reporting could use some maturation

- Would like to see more vendors available for integrations (Sophos, Huntress, more PSA options, etc.)
- Some quality of life fixes would be nice. Having to hit "save" on one screen before editing options on another; snap back to organization after device deletion instead of going to "all devices" page; more/better navigation options in general
