Summary: Overall, we’re very satisfied with Luigi's Box. It’s a robust tool that truly adds value to both the user experience and internal processes. However, we built our own autocomplete and are now missing out on some new features. It's important to implement the tool properly from the beginning, including using their autocomplete and having your data in good shape beforehand.

Positive: Luigi's Box has become an essential part of our shopping process. The tool offers great flexibility from an admin’s point of view – I can easily edit results, fix search errors, and still ensure the customer receives high-quality and relevant results. Their analytics are also a big advantage, helping not just me as an administrator, but also other departments to better understand customer behavior and optimize our content accordingly.

Negative: The analytics part, while very useful, has one limitation – the data is only stored for three months. For long-term optimization and deeper insights, it would be incredibly helpful to access and compare search data year over year.

Summary: Very happy for the existence. Integration is super easy and our customers say it's helpful comparing to other websites who lack the features.

Negative: Honestly, I haven't noticed any major issues, maybe the only thing is that reports could load a little faster and the icons in the panel look a bit old-school.

Summary: Search engine and recommending products is really good which it helps with higher earnings. Support is helpful. Product is very easy to use. They helped with setup at the beginning.

Positive: Search engine is amazing - there is no problems with typos or synonyms. There was some problem with results but with support we resolve it -> so support is also very good and helpful.

Negative: Just the price is little bit higher, but still worth it.

Summary: It's a great add-on for searching, it helped us a lot with the previous E-Shop, we immediately added it to the new E-Shop, I definitely recommend it.

Positive: Very clear site, when we needed something we immediately received great customer service, and most importantly, the results arrived immediately.

Negative: I haven't had a bad experience yet. I believe that the cost of services can be higher for smaller e-shops.

Negative: I didn't find any noticeable disadvantages of this solution, everything works as we need.

Positive: At its base products are great - search, autocomplete, or recommendation as well are really great. I highly recommend this for all e-shops which are not so small. But you should not be much big to can see improvement with Luigis Box. Especially search box is great solution for small-medium e-shops. Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to improved and customization. You have lots of data and can see what your customers wants. If you have time for dig into it, LB is great partner for you.

Negative: For us recommendation solution is not 100 % but we have specific products. For most of products reco is ok. Search is great for all type of products.
