I have loved this platform a lot, mainly because it helps me a lot to retain clients, to make various offers so that they agree to buy our properties, in addition, we have also been able to offer the real estate services that we offer in this company through this platform. In addition, this platform connects seamlessly with our ad campaign system, so every client that has been obtained during each ad campaign is immediately and automatically transferred to this CRM system, and we receive a suitcase and a half when this happens, to be able to talk with the potential client immediately, I really love being able to refer this client of the advertising campaign to their CRM system, in addition, this platform also has an excellent connection with social networks, therefore, each client that is obtained through social networks, I have also transferred the contacts from HubSpot CRM.     2.- I love the storage capacity that this platform has, since it can store many contacts within it, I can store all kinds of clients, store negotiations in the cloud without any type of limit, the platform capable of storing all those negotiation data, It is to store up to more than 500,000 contacts and store all messages sent or received with customers during each negotiation. I really love that this deck has such good storage.

    3.- Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it has a lot of live TV, it allows me to communicate with each client that has already registered as a potential client within the platform, it allows me to have all kinds of requirements that they have clients during the negotiation process, in addition, it provides direct communication with the client, which ensures that I never lose communication with the client.

    4.- It has excellent connectivity with all the inbox or mail tray that you did today. This is great because if we have acquired any leads through our email inbox, we can easily transfer that lead contact to this CRM platform, this connection is great and helps us to transfer all these lead contact details to the CRM platform easily.

    5.- I also love that this platform is capable of allowing me to create all kinds of promotions, offers on the services or properties that I have in my company. Every time a property is on a price reduction, I can register that offer reduction within the platform and have a monitor of how much time is left until that offer ends. This function is very important since it helps us create very attractive offers for for customers.

    Negative: Currently I don't have any kind of complaint regarding this platform, it has worked wonderfully in its version for computers and in its version for mobile devices, in addition, the registration process of new leads, the registration process of contacts and the storage in the cloud of all types of contracts without limits has left me really impacted, I consider that I currently have no type of complaint with that platform, I have been using it for more than three years for my company to be able to handle all the property negotiations that we carry out monthly, and never had any type of problem, I have always been able to have a consolidated communication with all the clients.

    Summary: Overall, i have been pleased with the features that HubSpot CRM provides, i think that they have come a long way and there is great continued growth potential. It is probably a service that i will continue to use on and on.

    Positive: I mostly have used HubSpot CRM with my Gmail program. The software integrates seamlessly with this platform and i am able to save contacts and conversations very easily.
    Following up on leads and remembering what still needs to be done is made simple by HubSpot CRM!

    Summary: I chose HubSpot CRM because of the variety of options that it offers me within the initial plan, which with other CRM platforms that I have tried, you have to acquire the most advanced plans to have a good complete software to be able to maintain CRM at the level of my company with the needs it required. With my previous experience in handling similar platforms I can say that it took me very little time to be able to move inside HubSpot and test its functions before starting to use its basic version and its features met the needs much better. I was fascinated that in addition to adapting to the needs of my company, it could be customizable, complemented with what I required to have a complete CRM platform without so many problems in the process. As advice to start with HubSpot is to use the basic version with the limitation of your contacts which is very few and if it fills up wait until there is space or if you know that your clients will grow exponentially then you can opt for more advanced plans that require you to cover your contact storage capacity needs, which will most likely fit like a glove with its other premium plan features. Really, I felt very comfortable with the follow-up of sales because I didn't get lost within the characteristics and also I was able to have a good management of current clients and potential clients.

    Positive: HubSpot has had a complete and successful integration within the company, adapting to the entire sales process that has been had, it could improve in certain aspects, but with respect to the general opinion, it has been great to be able to work with this platform.

    º Not only has it served me as a CRM but it has also served me to apply email marketing, I can with a simple drag and drop include the newsletters that I have created and put them inside the emails and thus be able to send them to clients in a group , depending on the type of client is the type of message and thanks to this I can have screens to make the job easier.

    º I like how everything is organized in relation to storing customer contacts, the information on this is very important because we can keep track of everything that has been done with us as a company.     º The free plan has been one of the most complete since I have tried several CRMs to determine to have only one and with the greatest scope and integration and HubSpot has seemed to me to be one of the best since the payment plans clearly make improvements , but it does so in relation to capabilities and not much to functionalities.     º When I am going to add a contact within the platform through its tools, I would like to be able to continue adding more custom fields in order to have more control with the aspects that I want to save for each client individually. This would be very advantageous since I can include comments, negative or positive aspects, likes, etc. So I don't have to resort to external platforms to be able to do this work of storing information from my clients' contacts.

    º There is no doubt that the complement that this platform has with marketing is very complete, but it is a bit expensive when paying, since a good solution is to pay for the CRM while using a third-party marketing software that has functions that more similar and more accessible to have a good ROI which is an important point for any company.

    º I would like the search option to be improved, it is a bit confusing when the results are not ordered, giving as a problem that for example I cannot find an email sent to a specific client within the pile of mixed information that the search engine throws at me. I want them to improve that aspect in order to optimize my work process.

    º The integration of contact lists is a bit null in how they can be grouped to do marketing, it would be good if they could improve that function a little more since it is there and it is very useful when I want to manage contacts en masse, as in this case by lists.

    º Improve the guides in case you are lost trying to understand a function, make it more explanatory because sometimes there is so much confusion that I have to resort to technical support and internet forums to find a solution to my problem.
