I still use H.323 and with a GNU Gatekeeper. I like the independence from all these one-vendor systems.

The limitation of .org to non-profits has been removed ages ago. Anyone can officially register a .org.

Playing with an almost usable Linux. I think it was about 1993 and called Slackware. I prefer fully working Linux nowadays.

HDCP is used to encrypt content over HDMI and DisplayPort links, which can only be decoded by trusted devices. However, if you already run your own code on a free device, HDCP is an irrelevance and does not reduce freedom in any way.
