If Microsoft really was worried about the strain put on IT Admins and support staff they would actually do some QA and try to keep their Office 365 offerings and Teams from being an ongoing dumpster fire. They are shoving this down everyone's throats, marketing directly to end users, then dumping the whole unstable mess in our laps and generating a ton of work and ill-will towards IT.
