Following a planning retreat in Frankfurt, Jimmy Wales stepped down as Chair of the board, and Florence Nibart-Devouard was chosen to replace him." ... "Wales, meanwhile, will continue to serve on the board and assume the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus.
