when did any shopping center do quality control on each piece of merchandise sold on their premises?

I disagree. Sometimes shot happens, batteries explode, things break. Comsumer is just as much part of this cycle as the reseller or shipper or even a manufacturer. Sometimes shit happens, life goes on. In America though, they are always looking for someone to blame. This judgement is ridiculous.
and they shouldn't be taxed. To tax unrealized capital gains means to force asset liquidation, so this may mean that the company is forced into liquidation and some form of restructuring. Why should people worry about long term health of their business if they cannot transfer their business to their heirs to continue running it? Either you want companies to think long term or you do not. If you do not, then do not complain about them only thinking short term at the detriment of the long term results. If you want companies to think strategically and long term, you cannot force liquidation at the point when a large shareholder dies and his assets are inherited.
Death taxes are class warfare, not good morals or sound economics.
South Korea benefited more from Samsung than Samsung from South Korea. I think South Korea should be paying taxes to Ssmsung, not yhe other way around.
In reality of course I am against all taxes that take away income or savings from individuals and transfer the money to the collective regardless of ideas such as yours.
I think individuals who build businesses are better at managing the wealth they made than some collective that can only steal and distribute it.
totally disagree, ot is 100% wrong to allow any government to steal from some people to buy votes of others. All charity must be completely private, nothing should be public.
Grayscale Bitcoin Trust was changing hands at a large premium earlier, which allowed it to keep buying BTC, now it is trading at a discount.
BTC is always a pump and dump scheme, it gets pumped, then it gets dumped over and over again. This fall in relative price to USD means nothing, just like all previous rises meant nothing. BTC makes sense at 100000 as much as it makes sense at 0 or at 5, it is all meaningless, it is a vehicle for siphoning money out of pockets of some people into pockets of others, it is an energy expensive pump...
well I absolutely believe that every collectivist idea is wrong by moral standard, because it forces individuals to be subservient to the collective. Normally it is also bad economics and in the long run destroys the economy and society. I was born in the USSR and people had to wait decades for their shitty apartments and there is no longer USSR as well, mostly because it was economically dead.
Markets should not be regulated by anything other than the sum actions of all market participants. Regulating such a crazy thing as electronically created and distributed tokens is both idiotic and futile.
It is heart warming and beautiful, I wish I had the scale with my business to be able to collect and analyze that much data that would allow me to build such comprehensive algorithms to achieve similar goals based on pure health metrics. I love it!
of course. The fundamental purpose of a government is to get into power and to keep power by oppressing individuals and by buying support of the collectivists with the money stolen from the working people.
I vote anarcho capitalist every chance I get or libertarian in worst case. I think republicans should switch to vote with me.
correct. Like the ideas about mandatory unionization, universal government, progressive taxation of income or property, government controlling business, government limiting travel and association, any type of forced collectivisation, there are ideas that are exactly like souffle dog shit and they don't belong on the shelves of a supermarket or in society.
just because something is "harmless" to me, doesn't mean it's not irritating to people in some other region of the globe.Â
- that may be, however I don't give even 1/10000000 of 1/1000000000 of 1/100000000000000 of 1 percent of a fuck if people get offended, I am not changing myself for anyone.
School, Selective Service, Taxes, Licensing
- yes, all of those things are wrong when government implements them and makes them mandatory. Free people must not be compelled into any of those things by the government, the fact that you insist that it is normal and good that people are forced into any and/or allbof it shows that you are just as much against individual freedom as any other authoritarian. If tomorrow the Citizens decided to overthrow their government to stop these things from happening, you eould consider that to be terrorism while it would be simply people freeing themselves from the oppression that accrued over the decades unopposed due to inertia.
if it is so damn inconvenient then there is no point banning it, is there? Then nobody takes the planes, do they? The government is full of shit one way or another. One way - if nobody flies such short distances and this regulation is all for show. Another way - if people do tqke it, then the government is completely out of its domain, authoritatively controlling the mindless crowd, so to speak.
