Allessandro (Alex) Cholella is still trying, after 3-1/2 months, to block my claim for unemployment insurance. This time, by having his accountant do what is, in legal parlance, known as "uttering a forged document", showing the wrong start date and the wrong number of hours worked.
So I've had it with him. Want a laugh? Check out his "group-buying site" - 770star.DOT.com. And his previous one - 770sportshop.DOT.com (now just a redirect, but check out the whois - this is all he has to show for almost 18 months of "work".
It makes me wish I had followed my instincts and NOT added cpanel to the options when I set up the server at 770star.DOT.net
Oh well, time to set up a site to tell the world about his scams (one of the things he's doing is getting unpaid interns and supposedly providing them with "on the job training" - but he's pretty much worthless himself, so

So, they can go to jail for that, right? If you have paystubs showing otherwise - this could get ugly, I'm assuming.

Thanks. Yes, he can go to jail for it. Several counts of tax fraud, uttering forged documents, etc. And now that he's STILL lying,it's going to get VERY ugly, and very public.
The local college has been sending him interns for their government-funded work practicum. One of the former students is very eager - "The scuzzy antics of Alex Cholella deserve to be outed in spades. If any lawyer represents him, the lawyer is taking a hit to his reputation." Yes, next time I'll listen. I discussed this whole episode with my doctors, and I think this was "the one" - the experience that will override my natural tendency to try to be loyal above and beyond ...
