Given I watch Amazon Prime frequently and have a history of watching comic book films and yet this is the first I've heard of this series, I'm going to suggest someone set the algorithm up for this to fail on purpose.
This is the stupid part for which we don't have enough info. AI is such an insanely generic term. AI could mean entirely generating a movie from prompts, or simply using a tool like CorridorKey to apply a green screen replacement effect to a transparent object (not possible with classic chromakeying).

The average home gardener is not capable of being self sufficient for fruit and vegetables. Hell my grandma barely was, and her "garden" was 1/4 acre in a small village to say nothing of the size of the average garden in the UK.

Have some education: The world of science is split into direct research and incidental discoveries. A lot of your life is attributed to the latter. There's no causal reason why it "wouldn't have happened anyway". Many of these discoveries took years for their actual applications to become apparent and as no one was seeking these discoveries there's no reason for any sane person to believe they would have been discovered.
As for return on investment, that's not yours to decide. We spend a lot of money on science that leads to actually zero discoveries. If you want to do simple division you'll realise that the ROI from space tech is infinitely larger.
Anyway you want to impress us, stick with your convictions. Next time you're in hospital with a complex break and the doctors wheel you to that CT scanner, refuse. Tell them no, you don't believe the science funding that made that machine possible was a good use of money and stand you ground. Don't let yourself be a beneficiary of money you think is poorly spent!

That's your confirmation bias. Back in the day people specifically used hardware RAID precisely because it was faster, measurably so. Also I/O performance wasn't the only metric. Software RAID consumed considerable CPU resources back when we weren't running threadrippers with half their cores idle. Not only was I/O performance better on hardware RAID but your CPU utilisation was lower allowing for more cycles to be dedicated to the application (quite critical for database servers of old).

YOU do. Most people don't. Most laws and rulings don't deal with individual cases attempting to bypass it. A very significant portion of the population have no idea how to change their DNS settings.
That said this is becoming a bit more pointless in the past 2 years with major browsers shipping with DoH enabled by default.
A good place to see that politicians are generally clueless and incapable or unwilling to see facts.
In most cases politicians have no obsession with DNS. They simply recognise that DNS services of ISPs is one of the few things they can control for any company that's registered within their country. It's not like they have authority outside their borders. The fact that *you* can bypass it is irrelevant. Most people don't. It's a solution to the uncommitted, and an attempt to block incidental piracy, not to put in place a technical solution that would stop the highly technical folk of Slashdot or those committed to finding a source of pirated material.
The actual alternative is build a great firewall, and politicians are clever enough to know that won't fly.
