Tad Redili had a radiation sore, from the grid, on his shoulder, and it hurt. Thinking this made the hurt dissipate somewhat, and that was just one minor advantage of being part of the grid. Group empathy unconsciously worked among itself to suppress pain, because pain detracted from the subconscious Oneness of the Grid, and therefore was anti-productive. Group Empathy transcended both time and space, and was very nice to experience, in all its aspects. There were many advantages to the grid, to being part of the grid. The radiation sores and a few other things, like stomache cramping reflux, and tooth loss, were the disadvantages, but were being dealt with.
Afterall, The grid was only 200 years old. Already it had prolonged the life of its members by a factor of 2 at least, and that was enough for most people to ignore or downplay any disattributes or pains.
When a young human had successfully jumped through the hoops of grid inititiation, then a whole new world of community and power opened up. The worship of the Father God became as One, and everyone was able to join and be part, feel part. It was the way things were meant to be. After nearly 50 thousand years of recorded history, the human race had expanded more in the last 2 centuries, since the advent of the grid, than in the previous 46 centuries, and then some! Telepathy, telekinesis, prescience -- all became not only possible, but commonplace, within the grid.
Tad understood deep down inside that this reasoning was skewed, at least a little bit, but he was just proud to be part of the One, through the grid, and thinking about it made the radiation sore less sore, too. The medic at the moon base he'd last visited had given him a black sweet-smelling salve made from a genetically modified root. He said it would remove all open sores and cancers caused by grid radiation. Tad thought he would try it during his next 8 day layover.
His electrosuit itched then, right where the sore was, like a second skin, and he felt his antennae jut suddenly from its socket at the back of his neck. His bowels loosened slightly and reflux bubbled from his lips involuntarily, of its own accord.
The language of Humankind had evolved too, in the last two centuries since the grid, because the energy of the grid caused reflux and digestive irregularities, some might say distress, as by-product too. These noises caused by dis-ease had worked their way into the actual spoken language of the Warrior Empire. The beeps, burps, squeaks, shrieks, clicks, twitters, snickers, oinks and other noises common to advanced excessive reflux, caused by living in the electro-grid, had become part and parcel within verbal expression, even popular. Modern human music was quite a thing to behold.
Tads antennae retracted itself then, because there was no grid out here, nothing but space out here, and he smiled to himself as he sailed silently onward, Tad Redili, into the great wide night. He reminisced once again, as he often did, about the various steps to his induction into the grid. The operation which installed the antennae socket at the base of his neck, and the big party his parents had thrown afterwards; then the operation installing the antennae itself....the intense schooling; his first telepathy...
A lightly ringing beeper went off then, so Tad unstrapped himself from the space vehicles command chair, unplugging himself at the same time from the ships grid, and made his way back to the cargo area to check on his cargo. The animals slept peacefully, and that was good. The autofeeders and watering machines were working perfectly, and there was nary a sound but the occasional snore. He constantly monitored the whole ship through his connection to its miniature and self contained electro-grid, but physical inspections were rigorously adhered to for many reasons, not least of which was the simple exercise of it.
Tad stood for a few moments, studying the animals, and marveling at the ingenuity of his race. Even in adversity, the science of Humankind expressed itself in beauty and usefulness. It was good to be human and a member of the grid. He longed for contact with his own kind, but that was still a few days away. Sighing he quietly shut the door to the room and made his way back to his command console.
Strapping back in to the console-command-chair entailed plugging himself into the grid of the ship via the socket on his right wrist, and then he again looked upon the sleeping animals, all 200 of them, but this time with camera eyes, making sure he had not missed anything. These animals, and many others being distributed all around the solar system now, were the hope of Warrior planet, and its empire. Half of this cargo was destined for the newest base at the second moon of Wens, then the other half were to be delivered (As quickly as possible!) to Gaias moon, the transhipment and cold-storage moon of Gaia the Garden Planet, the agricultural world of the Warrior system, dedicated to Agricultural Production. The entire cornucopiae and pharmacopiae of lifeforms, and specialised human-made food creations, were now planted there and thriving.
Both the planet Gaia, and its moon, were created artifacts of Warrior Empire, and had been towed in and finally positioned by manipulation of the entire system-wide scalar grid. Gaia orbited a perfect 360 degrees around the Father Sun, one degree per day, and it also completed one full rotation itself per day. Minor maintenance was all it took to keep Gaia in place now. The planet was only sparsely populated, by small scattered crews of workers who lived underground, because the agricultural technology of magnifying the sun and creating pulsed energies of all types made plants grow better and bigger, but was sometimes quite harmful to humans.
Gaia Planet also had a full electro-grid comprised of a hundred or so giant stone pyramids, man-made mountains of high density and high order. These interferometers utilized the scalar powers created by the planet and its moon, efficiently, and on a large scale. They had been used to position the planet in its new traverse. The race of Human seemed to be striding ahead now, finally, after stumbling about blindly for so long. Yes the future looked bright for mankind.

The lights inside the storage facilities were bright, and nearly perfect. That said a lot, seeing as they lit vast underground caverns on a huge and hollow planetoid which was really a man-made satellite just recently put into orbit, and used as a transfer and storage station for the agriculural planet Gaia. Recently meaning just 150 years ago.
The woman, one Nantha-Ane-Gaia-Fretol-3, or Nan to her friends, wore the obligatory full electrosuit of the grid, and it was lime green and appeared to possess millions of facets. It in fact did possess facets of a sort, each being a miniature but fully functional solar cell which inputted at a socket on her left wrist. This socket, or any other accoutrement of the electrosuit, was not visible of course, because everything except her face, even her hands and head, were covered by the full suit of the grid, and on top of the suits head covering was the semi-rigid protuberance that would allow her antennae to expand at will, whenever she needed farther reach or greater power personally from her birthright, the grid.
Nan was responsible for certain operations on this moon of Gaia, one of which was overseeing this cold storage freezer warehouse, where food and other bio-products from Gaia, destined for Warrior or wherever needed, could be stored indefinitely, by utilizing the absolute zero of the vacuum of space.
Nan saw the lights of an incoming ship and went to meet it. This would be the new animals sent by Warrior Planet to combat the ever pressing, and quickly growing rat problem. She had been briefed electronically and by T-Communique.
The pilot entered the vast hangar through the door at the side, then he pressed a button, opening a hangar door which revealed his well-lit cargo compartment. His ship had by then been secured to the outside of the dome with inflatable membranes, and interlocking parts. The inside of the cargo compartment was lined with cages. Within the cages, things moved. The animals. Tad motioned her over, and after introductions they walked through the cargo bay. The animals were slowly awakening after their long trip. He enjoyed her reactions.
"Are they...Are they like they said?" she asked.
"Yes, the dogs are made from bears, and the cats are made from tiger material, and both possess a good dose of the same derivatives that the rats got, plus plus.
There was silence for a few moments as both beings considered this. Human derivatives. These animals were part human. A disconcerting thought. Necessity born, but still...
The animals were beginning to stir about in further awakening from their storage sleep. Then, from Nan:
"Their Eyes Glow!"
"Yes," replied Tad, "And they look right at you. Both animals like to be stroked by humans, it delights them, and the cats purr and it feels good in the grid. The dogs have some disgusting habits and have to be cleaned up after, but they hunt in packs and are as voracious, or moreso than their quarry.
"The cats hunt alone, and target the nests. They eliminate in sandboxes from birth, and will bring live adult rats by the scruff of the neck to a depository where they drop the animal and it is killed immediately. They hunt 6 hours or so everyday and sleep or eat and play during the rest. The dogs eat the rats and are driven by hunger to their quarry. They also eat dry food for vitamins and other additives to keep them healthy. The Dog is the more companionable, but the cat is overall the greater success as far as effectiveness and ease of maintenance. Either way, both are good things, and will no doubt be around a long long time. I suppose we should be getting about our deliveries...
Together they unloaded the animals that were destined for service here on Gaias moon, and on Gaia itself. The dogs and cats proved such a success they were kept around for companionship, and trained to do other jobs, long after the rat problem had been quelled.
Nobody knew or even had an inkling that because of Humanitys increasing dependence on their electronic grid, a huge blind spot had been created concerning their own survival as a race, and soon a meteor swarm would destroy all but the agricultural planet, shutting off the head as it were, Warrior Planet. The Red Planet. Everything in the Warrior Empire died, except Gaia. Gaia the Garden, and its animals, and its workers, would become the sole remnants, nay SEEDS, of humanity, destined to not just stumble along through the multiverse, but crawl for a good little while, again.
And it was, in fact, these very same animals, these cats and dogs, which had been created part human, to combat another animal also part human, who were the ancestors of the animals which would much later become the number one companions of the future Human Race. The very same group who would call Gaia planet Earth, and pretend that God made it just for them. Many humans of that future, totally ignorant of their past, would remark on the fact that dogs and cats are very much like people. And thats because its true.

We are God. We are on Automatic. We cruise the cosmos like a program, hunting for intelligent life. When we find it we go away for some light years, and assemble a meteor swarm of matter which is then set on course for that planet, to arrive within a certain number of millenia. It is our job. USAF COMMANDO SOLO: AERIAL MIND CONTROL BROADCASTS
The United States Air Force uses aerial mind-control broadcasts against
civilian population as well as enemy troops. Some of these actions against
civilians are done with the intent of influencing public opinion and the
outcome of elections.
In a previous article, we examined mind-control technology, especially that
utilizing Silent Sound [TM], in which radio-frequency broadcasts carry
subliminal patterns that entrain the listener's brainwaves into a pre-
selected emotional state. According to ITV wire service reports, this
technology was used during Operation Desert Storm in 1991, as part of the
US Psychological Operations (PsyOps) directed against Iraqi troops. [1,2]
To the Desert Storm offensive we can now add several other incidents.
Alex Horvat, editor of The Probe, calls to our attention the 1998
video, Exotic Weapons of Mass Control, produced by Bob Fletcher.
"The excerpt played on Fletcher's video is from TLC (The Learning Channel)
and clearly states that Commando Solo was used in Haiti for what was called
Operation Uphold Democracy. As the general populace was violently
opposed to Aristide and most in favor of his ouster, it took nearly a year
of this clandestine counter-programming to get them to change their minds.
Instead of butchering a population physically, we can no manipulate them
mentally, virtually enslaving their thoughts with a criss-cross pattern
of flights by an EC-130 (which is just a C-130 heavily laden with electron-
ic hardware.) [3]
We were not at war with the citizens of Haiti, yet the U.S. Government
directed military weapons against this friendly, or at least neutral,
civilian population. The U.S. Government sanction the "rigging" of the
Haitian election by mental control of the people, programming them to cast
their votes for the Americans' favored candidate. And they had the nerve
to call it "Operation Uphold Democracy". Some sense of humor!
Stalin would have loved it. Hitler would have loved it. Why is the U.S.
Government doing this? Who is behind this flagrant violation of civil
liberties? Is it the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) which has a
long history of interfering in foreign government politics? Or has this
become standard military procedure?
The rationale is always the same: "to make the world safe for democracy".
Yet what is democracy if not freedom? Freedom to think your own thoughts;
freedom to express your own opinions; freedome to vote for the candidate
of your own choice.
Fletcher's video also mentions that the same technology was used against
the Bosnia population for a week to influence their election. [4] This
was probably done during Operation Joint Guard in 1995. [5]
The questions arise: If they have used mind-control broadcasts against
foreign civilian populations to influence elections, will they use them
against American citizens -- or have they already? What other countries
may be the recipients of this innovative technology?
Just what is this EC-130E Commando Solo? The United States Air Force has
helpfully published a fact sheet that describes the Lockheed built air-
craft. [6] This 1995 bulletin states that the "unit flyaway cost" is more
than US $100 million each, and that there are eight in the inventory. Its
primary function is "Psychological operations broadcasts". The crew
consists of four officers (pilot, copilot, navigator, control chief/EWO)
and seven enlisted members (flight engineer, loadmaster, five mission
crew.)
According to the fact sheet:
"Air Force Mission: Commando Solo conducts psychological operations and
civil affairs broadcast missions in the standard AM, FM, HF, TV and
military communications bands. Missions are flown at maximum altitudes
possible to ensure optimum propagation patterns. The EC-130 flies during
either day or night scenarios with equal success, and is air refuealable.
A typical mission consists of a single ship orbit which is offset from the
desired target audience. The targets may be either military or civilian
personnel.
"Secondary missions include command and control communications counter-
measures (C3CM) and limited intelligence gathering.
"Air Force Features: Highly specialized modifications have been made to
the latest version of the EC-130. Included in these modifications are
enhanced navigation systems, self-protection equipment, and the capability
of broadcasting color television on a multitude of world-wide standards
throughout the TV VHF/UHF ranges.
"Air Force Background: Air National Guard EC-130 aircraft flown by the
193rd Special Operations Group were deployed to both Saudi Arabia and
Turkey in support of Desert Storm. Their missions included broadcasts of
'Voice of the Gulf' and other programs intended to convince Iraqi soldiers
to surrender.
"The EC-130 was originally modified using the mission electronic equipment
from the EC-121, known at the time as the Coronet Solo. Soon after the
193rd SOG received its EC-130s, the unit participated in the rescue of US
citizens in Operation Urgent Fury, acting as an airborne radio station
informing those people on Granada of the US military action.
"Volant Solo, as the mission is now known, was instrumental in the success
of coordinated psychological operations in Operation Just Cause, again
broadcasting continuously throughout the initial phases of the operation."
Operation Just Cause? this is another propaganda name, applied to
the U.S. invasion of Panama to take out that country's leader, General
Noreiga, the CIA's erstwhile partner in drug smuggling. Apparently the
General had made someone mad -- how else to account for the massive in-
vasion of this tiny tourist country? To wit: "A superpower whipped the
poop out of 10 percent of the police force of a Third World nation. You
are supposed to be able to do that. It was done well, and I credit those
who did it. But it is important that we draw the right lessons from it"
according to an anonymous US Marine. [7]
Our Commander-in-Chief had another point of view: "...the roll call of
glory, the roster of great American campaigns -- Yorktown, Gettysburg,
Normandy, and now Panama."

MILITARY PSYOPS AGAINST CIVILIANS
In a phone call to the USAF Special Operations Command Public Affairs
Office, I questioned the legitimacy of using these subliminal broadcasts
against civilian populations. [9]

I was told that it was all perfectly legal, having been approved by the
U.S. Congress (!). It may be okay by Congress, but I sincerely doubt that
it would be approved by the recipient populations.
That conversation also elicited more information concerning the Commando
Solo units. For instance, the Air National Guard
of the individual states in the U.S. can also operate
Commando Solo aircraft, should the Governor of a state
request assistance. That means the PsyOps mind-control
technology can be directed against
U.S. citizens.
The Commando Solo aircraft have participated in the following missions--
possibly more, as the early missions of Volant Solo 1 were not known to
this spokesperson:
- Operation Urgent Fury (Grenada, Oct-Nov 1983, Jan-Jun 1985)
- Operation Just Cause (Panama, late December 1989)
- Operation Desert Shield (Kuwait, Iraq, from August 1990)
- Operation Desert Storm (Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iraq, 1991)
- Operation Uphold Democracy (Haiti, 1994-1995)
- Operation Joint Guard (Part of a UN oepration in
Bosnia-Herzegovina, 1995)
- Operation Desert Thunder (part of a UN operation in Iraq)
- Operation Desert Fox (Iraq, 2 to 3 days in December 1998)
Other countries are known to have a similar aircraft, but the PR officer
declined to identify them, suggesting that I check out Jane's Defence
Weekly for such information. Not having access to that particular
publication, I searched through my copy of Jane's Radar and Electronic
Warfare Systems 1993094. [10] The Commando Solo unit was not listed,
but a browse through the book was informative as to the numerous types of
electronic offence and defence systems available. These include sta-
tionary and mobile land units (many housed in large trucks), shipboard and
airborne models as well as well as space-based technology. If the military
is spending US $100 million per airborne unit (times eight, we're talking
US $800 million here), I think it is safe to assume that they have tried
out mind control equipment with less expensive, roving land units (trucks),
but use the airplanes to cover wider areas and hard-to-reach locations of
the world.
And I might add, we can asume that they have tried out the efficacy of this
mind-control technology. Even the US military would not waste $800 million
on something unless it has been proven to work, and work effectively, even
under the adverse situation of military combat. This is an important
point.
The initial research into mind control in the USA was conducted udner the
auspices of the CIA. The flagrant abuse of human rights in experimenting
on unsuspecting persons was based on the supposition that the veracity of
experiments would be compromised if a subject knew that he was participating
in an experiment. In the case of mind-control technology, tehis supposition
might very well be true. But that does not justify its use -- or so said
the Nuremburg Code, the tenets of which were used as a legal basis to pro-
secute Nazi scientists for war crimes. However the US seems to have
excused its own military and scientific community from adhering to that
Code. [11]
MANIPULATING MIND AND BODY BY SATELLITE
The next logical step in mind control would be to incorporate this tech-
nology into satellite communications. Since other countries are known
to have similar capabilities, there could occur a sitution in which
electronic mind control warfare is waged against a civilian population,
receiving conflicting mental manipulation from both sides. What would be
the mental state of individuals so targetted? Would it cause a rise in
mental aberrations and schizophrenia? And what are the limits of mind
manipulations? Can people be forced to commit suicide? Can physical
ailments or psychosomatic illnesses be induced?
A March 1990 report from Bosnia-Herzegovina in the former Yugoslavia sug-
gests the latter may have already happened. The report concerns 2,990
ethnic Albanians who were admitted to hospital with complaints of lung and
skin problems for which doctors could find no physical cause. [12]
It is not a far step from manipulating a person's emotional state to influ-
encing bodily functions. Indeed, much of the literature on documenting
microwave effects on biological systems deals with precisely this phenom-
enon. In fact, studies of the physical effects of microwave exposure
(including radio frequencies) generally preceeded studies of mental effects.
A meeting sponsored by Defense & Foreign Affairs and the International
Strategic Studies Association was held in Washington DC in 1983. High-level
officials from many countries met for this conference. They discussed
psychological strategies related to government and policymaking. A summary
of the agenda reads: "The group will be discussing the essence of future
policymaking, for it msut be increasingly clear to all that the most effec-
tive tool of government and strategy is the mind... If it's any consolation
to the weapons-oriented among defense policymakers, the new technologies of
communications -- satellites, television, radio, and mind-control
beams -- are 'systems' which are more tangible than the more
philosophically based psychological strategies and operations.

"But we should make no mistake; it will be the 'psychologically based'
systems which determine the world's fate in coming years: the condition of
the minds of populations and leaders. And we should not ignore the fact
that the USSR [this was in 1983] is working on electronic systems to
'beam' messages directly into the brain. What good, then, are conventional
systems if these types of weapons are not countered? And, on a more basic
level, what good is a weapon system if public opinion or political con-
straints prohibit its deployment?" [13]
It is obvious that they found the answer to that last question. If the
public does not know about a weapon system, it cannot prohibit its deploy-
ment. This is the situtation that applies to mind-control technology.
MIND CONTROL AGAINST 'POTENTIAL' ENEMIES
The US military is aware that certain actions or procedures may not be
acceptable to the American public. Metz and Kievit express these concerns
in their paper, "The Revolution in Military Affairs and Short Conflict War."

The advantage of directed-energy weapons over conventional ones is

But there has been no open debate.
On July 21, 1994, the US Department of Defense proposed that non-lethal
weapons be used not only against declared enemies, but against anyone
engaged in activities that the DOD opposed. That could include almost any-
body and anything. Note that the mind-control technology is classified
under non-lethal weapons. [15]
A 1998 news item states that US Air Force General John Jumper "predicts
that the military will have the tools to make potential enemies see, hear,
and believe things that do not exist" and that "The same idea was con-
tained in a 15-volume study by the USAF Scientific Advisory Board, issued
in 1996, on how to maintain US air and space superiority on the battle-
fields of the 21st century". [16,17]
It seems that, in miltary parlance, a "prediction" means: "Don't be
surprised when you find out we've already got this, but it's classified
and we can't admit to it just yet."
Notice that General Jumper predicts that mind control technology will be
used against potential enemies. The military and government
agencies may apply this term to any group or individual they perceive as
a threat to their own interests. Potential enemies may be counter-culture
individuals, those of opposing political viewpoints, economic or financial
competitors, biological undesirables, etc. It is part of the military
agenda to identify potential threats so as to be prepared to meet them.
Experience has shown that the US Government (the CIA and FBI, for example)
has moved against these people or groups, slandering, harassing, even
killing them, without adequate cause or legal sanction.
A weapon that can be used in secret lends itself to abuse by unethical
individuals in positions of power. The military and secret services have
shown themselves often to be lacking in ethical constraints. After all,
the job of the military is war; it is killing people; and so,
just how this is accomplished may be considered irrelevant. Lesser evils,
like mind control, pale by comparison.
Of course, it can be argued that it is far more humane to brainwash a
person via mind control technology than it is to torture or kill them.
Others vehemently deny this. They'd rather be dead than a mental slave to
Big Brother! That is what revolutions are about. And if I recall
correctly, that is the idea behind the US Bill of Rights.
EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT WARNS OF DANGERS
Awareness of the existence of mind-control technology, and hence its
dangers and possibility for misuse, seems to be more prevalent than in
Europe than in other areas. The European Parliament recently passed a
"Resolution on environment, security, and foreign policy". [18] This
document includes these articles:
"23. Calls on the European Union to seek to have the new 'non-lethal'
weapons technology and the development of new arms strategies also covered
and regulated by international conventions...
"27. Calls for an international convention introducing a global ban on
all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form
of manipulation of human beings."
The United States will ignore these resolutions, of course, as it has
other EP requests; for example, as mentioned in the same document:
"24. Considers HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) by
virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern
and calls for it's legal, ecological and ethical implcations to be exam-
ined by an international independent body before any further research and
testing; regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration
to send anyone in person to give evidence to the public hearing or any
subsequent meeting to be held by its competent committee into the environ-
mental and public risks connected with the HAARP programme currently being
funded in Alaska..."
One of HAARP's potential uses is a communications system. The military
officially acknowledges two communications-related applications: (1) to
replace the existing Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communica-
tions system now operating in Michigan and Wisconsin; (2) to provide a way
to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the
miltary's own communications system working. [19]
As we have seen, the mind-control subliminal messages are carried on radio-
frequency broadcasts.

The HAARP facility could be used to broadcast global mind-control messages,
or such messages could simply be inserted into existing systems.
Dr. Igor Smirnov, of the Institute of Psycho-correction in Moscow, says in
regard to this technology: "It is easily conceviable that some Russian
'Satan', or let's say Iranian [or any other 'Satan'], as long as he owns the
appropriate means and finances, can inject himself [intrude] into every con-
ceivable computer network, into every conceivable radio or television broad-
cast, with relative technological ease, even without disconnecting cables.
You can intercept the [radio] waves in the aether and then [subliminally]
modulate every conceivable suggestion into it. If this transpires over a
long enough time period, it accumulates in the heads of people. And even-
tually they can be artificially manipulated with other additional measure-
ments, to do that which this perpetrator wants [them to do]. This is why
[such technology] is rightfully feared." [20]
A WORLDWIDE MIND CONTROL MISSION
To return to the USAF Fact Sheet, it concludes: "In 1990 the EC-130 joined
the newly formed Air Force Special Operations Command and has since been
designated Commando Solo, with no change in mission. This one of a kind
aircraft is consistently improving its capabilities.
The next few years should see continued enhancements to the EC-130 and its
worldwide mission."

Coincident to the tectonic primary grid are the secondary and tertiary outer grids powered and maintained by macro-solar power production, and oil powered electrical antennae farms, which now cover the world. Look around. These employ the natural or augmented force lines of the planets aura.
The energy is harmful and meant to be kept in places where people are not exposed to it. It is actually a beneficial agricultural technology, when not weaponised and used for mass mk ops by scum like bush.
Perhaps the scum like bush have just installed it secretly to facilitate removal of a vast number of people in a relatively short period of time. Then there would be no problem with harmful energy being used around people. The people will just be no more.

HERF or High Energy Radio Frequency weapons, also known as HPRF or High Power Radio Frequency weapons are weapons designed to use high intensity radio waves to disrupt electronics. They operate in a similar way to EMP devices, by inducing destructive voltage within the electronic wiring. They are usually directional and can be focused on a specific target.
Another key technology to consider when attempting to define HERF or HPRF weaponry is that of ENMOD, or Environmental Modification. This incorporates atmospheric plasmas artificially inserted in the atmosphere by the spraying of plumes of various particulates, as mentioned by Bernard Eastlund in the HAARP Patent #4,686,605. These various plasmas amount to a macro-conditioning of the Atmosphere, and the energizing or charging of these macro-systems takes place via tectonic energies, macro-solar power generation, or antennnae broadcast energies, such as this example:

There are four basic types of HERF/HPRF weapons, classed by the way they are mobilized against citizens. There are hand-held devices, deployed through secret societys and religious personnel during the bush administration, as well as law enforcement; there are jet-drone and aircraft (cessna) fly-over types, also distrubuted to civilian personnel through secret society type channels, as well as law enforcement and the military; there are satellite based high-powered DEW (Directed Energy Weapons), and there are ENMOD deployed HERF weaponry, as mentioned above, utilizing sprayed plasmas and active auroras in top secret control technologies of the foreign government which has taken over Americas Government and Currency.
Some symptoms of directed energy attacks: Highly accelerated growth of cancers and funguses. Diminished eyesight, accelerated, (ENMOD Laser experiments). Joint pain, intermittent and abnormal. Back pain from inflamed discs. Severe tightening and damage to tendons. Confusion and distraction--forgetfulness, intermittent and abnormal. Unexplainable anger, disruption of thought from unexplainable anxiety. Many of the DEW cause gastro-intestinal distress, one being affectionately termed the COLON POW by its military adherents. Tectonic weaponry employs ultrasound which can stop the heart, or other organs, and cause excessive freezing temperatures in tightly restricted areas, like a home, or stationary vehicle. There are many other DEW symptoms, and it is well known among the enemy deploying them against Americans that the effects are cumulative, so it is quite easy to make a person die of what appears to be natural causes, but in fact is relatively long term over-exposure to DEW.

A directed-energy weapon is a type of energy weapon that directs energy in a particular direction by a means other than a projectile. It transfers energy to a target for a desired effect. Some of these weapons are real or practicable; some are science fiction. The energy is in various forms:-
* Electromagnetic radiation (typically lasers or masers).
* Particles with mass (particle beam weapons).
* In fictional weapons, undefined, or some sort of radiation or energetic particle that does not exist in the real world.

Some of these weapons are known as death rays or rayguns and are usually portrayed as projecting energy at a person or object in order to kill or destroy. The projected energy can come in many forms, such as a particle beam, laser, or radiation stream. Other forms are described later in this article. So far, weapons described as rayguns are all fictional (or non-functional toys and film props).
Some lethal directed-energy weapons are under active research and development, but most examples of such weapons appear in science fiction.

* A flashlight directs light in the visible spectrum but it operates at such low power as to be generally harmless.

Lasers
Lasers are very well known in science fiction as a type of raygun. In the real world, lasers are often used for sighting, ranging and targeting for guns; but the laser beam is not the source of the weapon's firepower.
There is research on real lasers as dazzling non-lethal weapons.
Laser weapons usually generate brief high-energy pulses. A million joules delivered as a laser pulse is roughly the same energy as 200g of high explosive, and has the same basic effect on a target. The primary damage mechanism is mechanical shear, caused by reaction (like a rocket) when the surface of the target is explosively evaporated.
Most existing weaponized lasers are gas dynamic lasers. Fuel, or a powerful turbine, pushes the lasing media through a circuit or series of orifices. The high-pressures and heating cause the medium to form a plasma and lase. A big difficulty with these systems is preserving the high-precision mirrors and windows of the laser resonating cavity. Most systems use a low-powered "oscillator" laser to generate a coherent wave, and then amplify it. Some experimental laser amplifiers do not use windows or mirrors, but have open orifices, which cannot be destroyed by high energies.

Problems with lasers

Blooming
Laser beams begin to cause plasma breakdown in air at power densities of around a mega joule per square centimeter. The laser beam is not visible, unless there is air, water or smoke present to scatter its light, or the heating of the air by the laser creates a path, or contrail, made of plasma. A laser beam can be effectively transmitted through the atmosphere a long distance without being absorbed because the air heated by the laser in the path of the beam becomes ionized plasma which undergoes thermodynamic expansion. This creates a plasma vacuum channel through the air that the beam passes through. In addition, some frequencies of laser light are not easily absorbed by air.
There are several ways to inhibit blooming:
* The most promising is to distribute the beam over a large mirror that focuses the power on the target, to keep energy density in the air too low for blooming to happen. But this needs a large, very precise, very expensive, fragile mirror, mounted somewhat like a searchlight, requiring bulky machinery to slew the mirror to aim the laser.
* A phased array. For the usual laser wavelengths this method would need billions of micrometre-size antennas, and no way to make these is known. Phased arrays could theoretically also perform phase-conjugate amplification (see below).
* A very short pulse that finishes before blooming interferes.
* A phase-conjugate laser system. Here, a "finder" or "guide" laser illuminates the target. Any mirror-like ("specular") points on the target reflect light that is sensed by the weapon's primary amplifier. The weapon-power amplifier then amplifies inverted waves in a positive feedback loop, destroying the target with shockwaves as the specular regions evaporate. This avoids the blooming problem because the waves from the target passed through the blooming, and therefore show the most conductive optical path; this automatically corrects for the distortions caused by blooming. Experimental systems using this method usually use special chemicals to form a "phase conjugate mirror". In most systems, the mirror overheats dramatically at weaponized powers.
* Trying to induce a shockwave that evacuates the path between the target and the weapon. Without air in the laser's path, blooming will not occur. However, it is difficult to achieve the amount of power needed to blast the air out of the way.

Evaporated target material shading the target
Another problem with weaponized lasers is that the evaporated material from the surface of the target begins to shade the surface. There are several approaches to this problem:
* One is to induce a standing shockwave in the ablation cloud. The shockwave then continues to perform damage.
* Another scheme is to scan the target faster than the shockwave.
* Another theoretical possibility is to induce plasmic optical mixing at the target. In this scheme, the transparency of the target's ablation cloud to one laser is modulated by another laser, perhaps by tuning the laser to the absorption spectra of the ablation cloud, and inducing population inversion in the cloud. The other laser then induces local lasing in the ablation cloud. The beat frequency that results can induce frequencies that penetrate the ablation cloud.

High power consumption
The major drawback of lasers is their high power consumption, limited range especially in inclement weather, and high production cost. Their future use in non-lethal weapon systems seems limited due to the generally perceived cruel nature of victim incapacitation. Despite this, hybrid technologies such as the electrolaser continue to see development, by companies such as Ionatron and Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems though both systems suffer from extremely limited range. Some weapons of this type are already in testing for deployment as battlefield anti-missile weapons or riot control devices, and research and development is increasing.
One reason that many directed-energy weapons are currently fictional is due to the likely energy requirements. Existing methods of storing, conducting, transforming and directing energy are inadequate to produce a convenient hand-held weapon. Existing energy weapons, such as lasers, need much energy, and also need much cooling equipment because they are relatively inefficient and waste much energy as heat. The speculated weapons might need to fire so much energy to get in reality the effects described in fiction, that their energy storage and conversion systems would need to be almost 100% efficient.
This problem is offset in chemical lasers by using energy released in a suitable chemical reaction instead of electrical energy. Chemical oxygen iodine laser and deuterium fluoride laser are two examples of laser types capable of megawatt-range output of a continious beam. The energy is provided in the first case by reaction of hydrogen peroxide with chlorine, in the second case by reaction of atomic fluorine with deuterium.

Electrolaser
An electrolaser lets blooming occur, and then sends a powerful electric shock down the conducting ionized track of plasma so formed, somewhat like lightning. It functions as a giant ultra-high energy long-distance version of the Taser or Stun gun.
Alternating current is sent through a series of step-up transformers, increasing the voltage and decreasing the amperage. The final voltage may be between 108 and 109 volts. This current is fed into the laser beam. To complete the electric circuit, there should be either a second laser beam, or a ground return from the target to the last transformer in the step-up series. The target receives a gigavolt electric shock. Anybody hit by this electric arc is electrocuted. Any electric or electronic devices in the target may be seriously damaged, disabled or destroyed.
For an electrolaser to work, there must be air or some other gas between the gun and the target. The only defenses against electron particle beam weapons are magnetic fields, electrical insulators, capacitors, electrostatic fields, and Faraday cages.
Electrolasers often occur in science fiction and videogames.
* In 1985 the U.S. Navy tested an electrolaser. Its targets were missiles and aircraft. This device was known as the Phoenix project within the Stategic Defense Initiative research program. It was first proved by experiment at long range in 1985.
* Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems in Anderson, Indiana is developing a rifle-sized electrolaser for the U.S. Marines. It will incapacitate men and pre-detonate improvised explosives. [1]

* Active Denial System is a microwave laser, to heat the water in the target's skin and thus cause incapacitating pain. Being developed by the Air Force Research Laboratory in New Mexico by researchers working with Raytheon for riot-control duty in Iraq. While intended to cause severe pain while leaving no lasting damage, there has yet to be testing for long-term side effects of exposure to the microwave beam. It can destroy electronics.

Low-powered lasers
There is an imitation shotgun which fires a low-powered laser beam at a target which is covered with reflective 90 corners designed to send the beam back where it came from to be detected by a detector on the gun. This is only for target practice without using up ammunition; it has the disadvantage (for a shotgun user) that the beam travels instantaneously and straight without teaching the shooter to allow for the effects of wind deflecting the fired shot and the target moving while the shot travels.

HSV Technologies of San Diego is developing a laser weapon to paralyze animals (testing for later use on humans) by an electric charge generated by the laser beam. It is described as an ultraviolet laser and not an electrolaser.

Tactical considerations
Lasers have two advantages:
* They can hit whatever they see, at the speed of light.
* Some lasers run on electricity, which can be cheaply generated, reducing the need for expensive ammunition.
Since lasers can defeat artillery and missile attacks, any group fielding an effective laser system will gain decisive advantages in ground, air and space combat. Under radar control, lasers have shot artillery shells in flight, including mortar rounds. This suggests that a primary application of lasers should be as part of a defensive system. Before a projectile can hit a target, it must become visible to the target.
The main difficulty with currently practical lasers is the high expense and fragility of their mirrors and mirror-pointing systems.
Some believe that mirrors or other countermeasures can reduce the effectiveness of high energy lasers. This has not been demonstrated. Small defects in mirrors absorb energy, and the defects rapidly expand across the surface. Protective mirroring on the outside of a target is liable to damage and getting dirty, much more than a mirror shut away inside a laser's mechanism.

Electric beam in a vacuum
In a vacuum (e.g. in space), an electric discharge can travel a potentially unlimited distance at a velocity slightly slower than the speed of light. This is because there is no significant electric resistance to the flow of electric current in a vacuum. This would make such devices useful to fry the electrical and electronic parts of satellites and spacecraft. However, in a vacuum the electric current cannot ride a laser beam, and some other means must be used to keep the electron beam on track and to prevent it from dispersing: see particle beam.

Particle beam weapons
Particle beam weapons include charged and neutral, endoatmospheric and exoatmospheric. Particle beams as beam weapons are theoretically possible, but practical weapons have not been demonstrated. Certain types of particle beams have the advantage of being self-focusing in the atmosphere.
Blooming is not limited to lasers, but is also a problem in particle beam weapons. Energy that would otherwise be focused on the target spreads out; the beam becomes less effective.
* Thermal blooming occurs in both charged and neutral particle beams, and occurs when particles bump into one another under the effects of thermal vibration, or bump into air molecules. It is likely that a particle beam (except electrolasers) fired into air will make merely a short hot flame like a blowtorch.
* Electrical blooming occurs only in charged particle beams, as ions of like charge repel one another.

Pulse rifle
The pulse rifle is a fictional weapon occasionally used in science fiction. In some of its occurrences, (e.g. Aliens) it is a projectile weapon. The rifle in Aliens was said to use caseless ammunition, which is a current-generation technology used in actual weapons such as the Heckler & Koch G11 rifle. Caseless ammunition propels a bullet down a rifled barrel as a result of the combustion of gunpowder, just as regular cased ammunition does. Thus, this iteration of the "pulse rifle" is not a directed-energy weapon. In some of its incarnations (e.g. the Lost in Space movie) the "pulse rifle" is a directed-energy weapon. Its mode of operation has not been conclusively and consistently explained.

Mythology
Before modern technology developed, many mythologies described gods or demons using weapons that make lightning, such as Jupiter's and Zeus's thunderbolt, Thor's hammer Mjolnir, and the Hindu god Indra's spear (the vajra).

Ancient inventors
According to mythology, the concept of the "burning mirror" or death ray began with Archimedes who created such a mirror with an adjustable focal length to track and set fire to the Roman fleet as it invaded Syracuse. Historians, however, acknowledge that the earliest accounts of the battle did not mention a "burning mirror" and that only Archimedes' ingenuity combined with a way to hurl fire were relevant to the victory. A Byzantine writer hundreds of years later is suggested to have imagined this 2200-year-old death ray, which is attributed to Archimedes. While the MythBusters television program was unsuccessful as creating this "death ray", others have since successfully built other versions. An experiment by students at MIT showed that a mirror-based weapon was at least possible, though the practicality of such a weapon was not established.[3]

Grindell-Matthews
After the astonishing technological advancement during World War I, many such schemes began to appear credible. Harry Grindell-Matthews tried to sell such a ray to the British Air Ministry after that war. He failed to appear to demonstrate his apparatus, however. It was apparently taken to France but has not resurfaced, leading to various conspiracy theory ideas about what might have happened to it, or who might have developed it later. Radar may be a by-product of this research.

Tesla
Nikola Tesla generated the first large scale artificial electric lightning discharges during the 1890s. He invented Tesla coils, transformers, and alternating electric current generators. He was an early pioneer of electronic radio and television technology.
He worked on a real Death ray in the early 1900's. He designed it in 1942, and offered the US War Department the secrets of his "teleforce" weapon on January 5, 1943, but was assumed to be crazy. Tesla then offered his device to several European countries.
Records which recently turned up in Russia showed that his proposed "death ray" was based on a narrow stream of atomic clusters of liquid mercury or tungsten accelerated by high voltage, probably produced by a huge Tesla Coil. If so, this weapon can be classed as a particle beam or as an electromagnetic-powered projectile gun, depending on the size of the projectiles.
When he died in 1943, a prototype compact version of the "death ray" called an "Anti-Tank gun" was in a trunk in the basement of his hotel. Immediately after he died, a Russian spy raided the room and the safe containing the schematics of the "death ray". The FBI never found any of the important parts of the schematics nor the trunk with the prototype, as far as we know. Schematics of the projector nozzle have surfaced, though.
The U. S. Government classified his electron particle beam weapon design as secret until the 1980s. One of Nicola Tesla's favorite things to do was to watch the natural lightning produced by thunderstorms from his high rise apartment building in New York.

It theorizes that Tesla's weapon fired a powerful beam of a special sort of electromagnetic radiation which caused the target to pick up a high electric charge, which then attracted destructive lightning-type electric arcs from the area around. The document is purely hypothetical with no experimentation.
Tesla theorized on the use of UV light to ionize a plasma path through the air to a target for his electron particle beam weapon. However, UV lasers were not invented until the 1960s.

Nazis
In the later phases of WWII, Nazi Germany put its hopes on research for technologically revolutionary secret weapons. Through the 1930s the atomic bomb and radiological weapon were proposed, and the related, more selective, surgical idea of a death ray was probably more appealing than wanton and horrific destruction by such means. This belief intensified in and after 1945 after Hiroshima and Nagasaki proved the undesirable physical and political fallout of such weapons of mass destruction.
This Nazi research included searching in India in the hope that some of the powerful weapons and flying craft described in the Mahabharata were the real products of a supposed ancient technologization, rather than mythology based on lightning and other destructive natural forces.

Star Wars
In the 1980s, Ronald Reagan revived the idea as a matter for public funding with his Strategic Defense Initiative program, which was immediately nicknamed "Star Wars", due to its objective to put weapons in space. Lasers could destroy ICBMs in flight. The program had limited success but there were numerous attempts to find practical death ray technologies. It is not clear whether this was part of a general plan to facilitate the collapse of the Soviet Union by misdirecting the Soviets into investing in research that had no practical outputs (this was a common Cold War strategy on both sides).
Enthusiasm for these ideas, and the arms race they implied, waned in the 1990s. By this point, science fiction was more interested in the very real potential of personal-scale biological warfare, chemical warfare, robots, artificial intelligence and nanotechnology to kill selected individuals - without necessarily having to come directly into their sights to do so. The Project for the New American Century, for instance, noted that genetically-selective plagues might become a politically useful tool.

Energy devices which may be confused with directed-energy weapons
The term electroshock gun includes two sorts of weapons, but neither of these is a directed-energy weapon, despite its name:-
* Electric shock prod: it administers an electric shock on contact. It is not strictly a gun, as it does not cause any effect at a distance.
* Guns which fire an electrified projectile.
The real thermic lance is not a gun. Occasionally science fiction authors misuse the name "thermic lance" to mean a raygun.

ENMOD is the attempt to alter your environment so that you are more amenable to a takeover by a Foreign Power. The radiation effects on human tissue were well known by many, and recorded for history, until destroyed during another false flag terror operation which conveniently removed the Gulf War One Medical Records, stored at the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City prior to its destruction.
The energies being harnessed and perpetuated as ENMOD are High Power Broadcast, via antennae, as well as Macro-solar, and also Tectonic. The tech is many tiered and is very involved, convoluted, and expensive. A lot of this energy tech is now augmented with biotechnology, spread in the same manner as the so-called beneficial particulate sprays for ENMOD.
Some of the technology being used, hoarded for this day, originated with Nikola Tesla. Some from Stubblefield. Some comes from various other sources, none well known.

The Cleaning of the Exhaust Hoods, Shrimps on The Barbie, And Crackly Red Pepper Parmesan Cream Sauce
The words "ITS HOOD NIGHT!", yelled out loudly by one of the restaurant managers (As they wisely haul their hineys out the nearest door) are the most hated words heard by any cook, anywhere, at any time. Fryolator cleaning is quite nasty too, but nothing compares to the angst of having to deal with 10 or 20 really cruddy and burnt-black grease-screens at the very end of a shift.
Yes, the hood screens must be cleaned ever so often, usually twice a month, and to accomplish this oh-so onerous task means one must use a long handled rod made especially for the purpose, to maneuver the individual and HOT screens down their track, to the front of the exhaust hood, where there is a slotted place they can be removed by pulling.
Once all that is accomplished, a major feat in itself, then the grease screens can be sent to the dishwasher, or taken out back and hosed like crazy in the mop sink, with extra hot and pressurised soapy water.
If in fact the screens DO go to the dishwasher, then that work station is also made unhappy on a periodic basis, again, everytime one of the pencil necks yells "ITS HOOD NIGHT!"
Oh, the cursing and gnashing of teeth, the absolute and REAL wishing of harm, and even DEATH -- let us say, the actual MALICE -- glowered upon the bearer of such bad and tasteless news; why, its nearly unbearable, and this is the reason the perpetrator of these crass and caste-driven remarks is usually moving in the opposite direction, and fast, as the nonsensia of their communique is squealed, shrieked or barked.
Yes, they are usually moving as fast as their legs will carry them, and even so, many have been hit with flying debris by cooks having a good night, or who were serendipitously situated to nail the twit, before it could scamper out the door.
If cooking is a grease cake, then cleaning the hoods is like chocolate grease frosting on the grease cake. Ugghhh.
Reminds me of Dale P, the steak cook at Outback in Largo, while I was there, and my partner in crime when I worked the grooved grill. One night he was acting all out-of-character, at shift start, talking to one of the juniors down the line, like he was feeling sorry for the junior, because the junior had a hangover.
"Yeah, yup, I know exactly what you mean and boy that sure does suck and I hope you feel better real soon..."
Everbody without a hangover was looking around thinking --WHAT IS THIS?
"...And let me tell you, the one thing that always fixes me -- well, how about I fix you up something to eat, I'll make you my special, works for me everytime, a nice GREASY PORK SANDWICH SERVED UP IN A DIRTY ASHTRAY!!!
Junior did not puke on the line, thankfully, but he did leave very fast.
Another time Dale P. got into it with Raymond, who was a high strung type, and the same guy who walked-out over my paw remark.
Dale and Raymond were going at it, long distance, from opposite ends of the line, hollering about something ridiculous, fighting like brothers. All of us between these two just tried to do our work and watch for flying objects. It was over some stupid thing like a salad -- Raymond was in the weeds and he did not handle it well. He was just screaming his monkey head off. Dale yells:
"Hey Ray, just forget it, and by the way, tell your Mom I said hi!!!!"
Raymond wigs out, and screams "YOU LEAVE MOM OUT OF THIS...!"
Dale goes: "Well, I forgot, you might not recognize her now, BECAUSE I SHAVED HER BACK!!!"

In Indias multi-linguistic landscape, the need to facilitate smooth communication between the Centre and the states is vital for good governance. ANGLABHARATI is said to be a revolutionary system in the field of Machine Translation. The system is a machine aided translation system for translation between English to Hindi, for the specific domain of Public Health Campaigns. Explains Sinha, "We at IIT Kanpur have developed ANGLABHARATI (a rule based system for translation from English to all Indian languages) and ANUBHARTI (an abstracted example based approach). An alpha version of a system for English to Hindi based on ANGLABHARATI technology is ready and is being field-tested by ER & DCI Noida.
The technology behind developing a machine translation system is not so simple. A good machine translation system cannot be produced by merely replacing source language words with target language words. A word for word translation does not exactly produce a very satisfying target language text. A good machine translation system must incorporate not only a good knowledge of the vocabulary of both the source and target language, but also of their grammar. For example, C-DAC's MANTRA follows the strategy of not word-to-word or rule-to-rule but lexical tree to tree, wherein a chunk to chunk level of transfer can be done. This system uses the Tree Adjoining Grammar (TAG) formalism for both parsing of English sentences and generation of Hindi sentences. Currently focussing on the domain of personnel administration, C-DAC claims that text related to appointment, transfer and office orders are translated successfully with almost 90-95 percent accuracy.
