Mary Janes are an awesome peanut butter candy. Most grocery stores that have a decent bulk candy section should have them. NECCO is also now the home of the Clark bar and Zagnut, two of my favourite candy bars (on the rare occasions when I actually eat candy), which used to be made by the D.L. Clark Candy Company in Pittsburgh. You know, I never really thought about it, but I wonder if Beetlejuice's use of a Zagnut candy bar to lure the fly had anything to do with Michael Keaton being from Pittsburgh. IMDB's trivia section has naught to say about it.
