Shutup, i know all about your disorder/fear/disease/phobia and i don't care if you really ARE suffering from it. Do you think people didn't have these things five hundred yeas ago? They did, and you know how they delt with them? They just fucking did and its amazing how they seem to have survived just fine. Personally i feel this points to one cause of todays pshycological pandemic, hyper-awareness. That is, the over-sampling of a feed-back driven system to the point where the feed-back mechanism becomes distorted. Your looking so hard your creating the problem. So STOP reading self help books, stop trying to meditate, stop doing fucking pilaties, and just live for a while. Allow yourself the time to stabilize into SOME pattern before trying to modify it. Stop making/seeking diagnosis all the time, and stop telling me about it, because trust me, i won't respect you for it.

for those of you who don't understand anything, it may seem surprising that young johnny is having trouble at school. disintrest in academic achivement is causing his grades to slip. why dosent he posess the strategies that would make him a productive office monkey? because of you, thats why. while you're at work and, you know, just trying to survive and be happy, you may notice that one of the many things you're trying to deal with is having kids. they're so cute and they get you such respect from your peers but what to do when they stop functioning properly? well the chances are that you just started copeing with them, learning little strategies that allowed you to ignore their negative effect on your life (like buisness trips). now, for some reason, your children seem entirely messed up. they sit around all day listlessly or get into trouble or care far too much what their peers think or, like our Johnny, start failing at school. it seems that for some reason your having avoided them for their entire lives has had some sort of negative effect. but before you send them off to military school you should consider that they learned all of their strategies in life from you and if they lack those skills that made you successful mayby its because you never let them see you using those strategies. while your off cutting throats in the city your kids are out in the burbs NOT learning what it really takes to survive. so i beg you, do something. make a list of situations that they are going to need to be good at. like dealing with dissapointment and pursuing long term goals and haveing self-respect etc. and teach these things to your kids, they shouldn't learn from tv and they are always watching you, learning from the situations they see you in. mayby it will make you realize how badly thought out your strategies really are. if the only strategies they see you use are the ones you use to get away from them, you are going to teach them to loath themselves while at the same time avoiding anything they dont want to deal with. If you don't think theryre worth-while they won't either, and if the only strategies the see their parents use are methods of avoidance then they wont really stand a chance against any challenges. this is often the root of poor academic acheivement like our Johnny suffers from.
