I think the problem is that I didn't have an opinion for most of the questions. Saying that I LOVE this or that is a stretch, but I find it moderately interesting.

Math and engineering on top, English on bottom. Sounds like me! ;)
    • My problem is that I have too many interests, but so little motivation. Mine was a tie break between Journalism and Philosophy, which is interesting.

      You scored as Journalism.

You are an aspiring journalist, and you should major in journalism! Like me, you are passionate about writing and expressing yourself, and you want the world to understand your beliefs through writing.

      • I hope someday I figure out what I want to be when I grow up.

Me too. Like totally. 1 year left of school (I hope to be able to get all my classes so I can graduate in December, whoo) and I've got no clue what to do after that.

        • What are you majoring in again?

By the way, don't worry about "what to do". Getting the degree, no matter what it is, will help with whatever you end up doing. The wife of a friend of mine got her degree in American Sign Language, and is working on computers :-)

          • I'm a math major now. I've completed a physics minor (which used to be my second major until I got sick of it). Still working on an astronomy minor.

The research I've been able to do online shows that in order to work in the mathematics field, most places will not accept anything less than a PhD. Unless I do government stuff.

I have loose plans to attend grad school and obtain a teaching certificate. This is more out of a lack of anything else that I can think of to do.

            • Well if you can find something that really trips your trigger, that would be the way to go; something you enjoy is more important than money IMHO. You might find this [bls.gov] site helpful when looking at careers.
  • Which is good, being that I am a chemist with a degree in ChemE. Notably, most of my hobbies are artistic in nature.

Harsh on the art score, but I suppose I'm not a big appreciator.
