Journal puddingebola's Journal: Thumb Drive

I had a USB thumb drive disappear from my possession. I found it again in my car, where I would not have put it. Looking at the contents, I realized that information I had on it including personal financial info was missing. Is there anyone I can go to to investigate what might have been done with it. I think someone reformatted it and put only some of the original information back on the drive. I'm uncertain what they might have been doing.
