Comment perl was never dead (Score -1) 70

Contributions to cpan have still been climbing steadily for the last 20 years. Perl is now 3 different Perls: perl5, perl6, and rakudo. Perl is available on almost every architecture and comes pre-installed on almost any machine. it's not dead, it's become ubiquitous. And since AI doesn't care what language you use, why not use perl?

So, you're saying Trump voters are having "regrets"... because you anti-trump people have been enacting a petty social cost on them? I don't know any trump voters who think that, and the polls certainly dont show that. Youre so caught up in your treatment of them and how it makes you feel, you really aren't considering how you are revealing who you really are, to them

Has been doing this for decades. They track what everyone puts out on the curb for pickup. If you don't leave enough recycling for a few weeks, handle the bin improperly, or refuse to sort properly - ALL your trash and recycling pickups are stopped. They will leave it on the curb for weeks until you call city hall and explain. They have made some people attend recycling classes, and if you seem unhappy with this or criticize their recycling regime, they will cancel your pickups, permanently.

I dont think TDS means what you think it means. And if I mention TDS in a post, I'm referring to *your* TDS. As for rapists and pedophiles fondling your data, we dont have to worry about that anymore - Joe lost, remember? Now finish reading that copy of Ashley Biden's diary you have on Hunter's laptop so we can all find out how it ends. Such romance!

Comment this is getting a bit ridiculous (Score -1) 35

Assessing the economics of the 20s, before the decade is even half over, ignoring the global pandemic altogether, and focusing on trade policies before negotiating is even done... that's a long way to go just to blame Trump. TDS is apparently a chronic lifelong condition
