I second that notion. And amend that it be generously interspersed with naps and blowing bubbles off balconies. (Though bubble blowing is not suggested to be done while napping.)

A lot of things that people worry about are not preventable. If a terrorist blows up your apartment building, bang, your dead, and having worried about will have done no good. On the other hand, if it doesn't happen (and it probably won't) having lost sleep over will be harmful to your mental health. So snap out it, don't give into the fear
