Retro games will likely be less than this (since these new games will incur costs to make, and they won't), but that hasn't been announced. I wouldn't be surprised to see a $1/$3/$6 structure though, for NES/SNES/N64 games respectively, with other vendors consoles falling into the price range of the competing Nintendo product of that generation.
