Journal mcgrew's Journal: Governor Blablabitch 15

Governor Rod Blagojevich has been an awful Governor. Even though he's a Democrat, he and President George Botch are two peas in a pod, appointing incompetent cronies to top positions, ignoring Illinois' Constitution, which states that he must live in the Governor's mansion in Springfield where he has never once stepped foot, and acting as if he was king rather than elected official.

If Chicago had been in Michiagan he'd never have been elected, let alone re-elected, as nobody at all south of I-80 could ever stand him. The Feds are investigating him about the Rezko mess. Even the denizens of Chicago are starting to get sick of him.

However, I have to give him kudos, as he's finally done something that I can applaud.

There's a factory in Chicago that shut its doors and laid off all its workers without notice, and withheld salaries that were owed for work done, and without severence pay. The workers have been staging a sit-in, expecting to be arrested for tresspass.

They are amazed that rather then being arrested, they have become heros.

Republic Windows and Doors is an early victim of the housing slump. Even though the Federal Government gave billions in welfare checks to the banks, the God damned banks just gave it to the rich bastards who run things and didn't spend a dime refinancing mortgages or loaning money to struggling businesses.

Republic Windows and Doors' bank is Bank of America.

The state of Illinois, its citizens and taxpayers, and its government has had enough. Blagojevich has ordered that the state not do any more business with the evil sons of bitches at BoA.

He was arrested on Federal charges a short time later.

I urge all of you to join the state of Illinois and boycott theses evil Scrooges. Close your BoA accounts and let the asshats know why.

The rich dickweeds who have mismanaged the wealth that America's workers have produced for them have greedily screwed everything up. It's time for ordinary middle and working class citizens to rise up and say "FUCK YOU!"

Key a Porche today. You'll feel better for it, and a small business and its employees will make some money when the ruch scum sucking fart brained shithead who owned it has to repair it.

Yes, I know of the "broken window fallacy", but when the broken window doesn't have to take away from any other segment of the economy to be fixed, it's no fallacy.

I just finished re-reading Dicken's A Christmas Carol. The version I read was an abridged Reader's Digest version, in a "condensed book" that's almost as old as me if not older. I love reading old books with yellowed pages, and this one is especially dear to me because my dad read it to us kids one cold December when we were small.

A Christmas Carol is the story of a man who goes to sleep as a Republican and wakes up as a Democrat.

I'd say to pray for the evil rich shitheads, but I don't know if it's OK to pray for an idol worshiper, and those who worship money are kneeling at the altar of commerce. Perhaps you should pray for them. Maybe like Ebeneezer they'll grow a heart.

It's been quiet, with none of the stuff that makes for good mcgrew journals happening.

Well, relatively quiet anyway. Charlie can really be a bitch sometimes, especially when she first wakes up. I'm sure that's what got her thrown out of Stuart's. I almost threw her out the other night.

We'd been to Felber's, and she had some errands to run so she wanted to use my car and drop me off at home.

I got out, and she took off, with my keys in the ignition. It was twelve degrees F (-11 C) and I couldn't get in the house. I thought there was a window with its storm window open, so I got the ladder out of the garage and tried it, but unfortunately I'd locked it. I bloodied my knuckles trying to break it.

That house has some damned good glass.

I got a tire tool from the garage and smacked the back door window, and it bounced off. So I smacked it HARD, glass flew all the way to the other side of the house.

She's not been such a bitch since then. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
