The AI feels a lot less judgemental when asking it questions. I do wonder what will happen to more modern problems if the training data is not available.

I would argue it is even worse search. When it gives me clearly wrong answers on things I know about how can I remotely trust it for subjects I dont.

Perhaps if you frequently offload your thinking to AI you would also find it surprisingâ¦

They have started a bad habit of ignoring what you search for and giving results for what they think you mean. Add in all the SEO/AI spam taking up the top results not answering the questions you have posed and suddenly the library is looking more appealing again. If youre lucky enough to still have a local library.

They really have fumbled with their AI search havent they. I cant even call it lying its just a horrible product theyre actively destroying their main draw with. It contradicts the top link for a search so I genuinely dont know what it is training on.

So much âoeTop X thingsâ Itâ(TM)s genuinely infuriating how bad the internet is getting. Used to be able to find answers to questions, tutorials on almost any subject in seconds. Now you have to wade through all the shite to find one that just about answers your question. In a âoeget off my lawnâ moment I miss the old internet. Could almost trust things you found online or at the very least verify them easily.

Fully agreed. Sadly all too often support is aimed at annoying the customer enough until they give up. Instead of hundreds of poorly qualified people why canâ(TM)t we have someone who actually knows the products to smash through tickets. Giving the correct answers. Do happy customers not equate to more revenue?
