iBooks have the best wireless antennae as well as great battery life (5.5 hours). You can't beat the instant 1 second resume. It restarts itself from sleep before I even finish opening the lid. Mac OS X is absolutely beautiful, and has great support for nice mobile and multimedia gadgets. Of course, the auto-crossover on the ethernet port makes my PC friends envious, cause they have to carry a crossover cable. And rendezvous makes chatting/sending files to other macs a breeze. There's an endless list of nicities with mac laptops, but these are the most important to me. (Not not mention UNIX on a laptop is sexy)
