So would we not expect that by getting education, job training and starting a business would make their net worth be higher rather than lower. With an education, they could get work with higher renumeration, Job training the same.

If they got a loan to get that training or start a business, it is likely that it's not going to be paid off within just those three years.

The US already spends billions at the local, state, and federal levels for various benefit programs that could be spent on UBI. The army of nanny staters would need to get different jobs rather than making sure some poor slob has filled out the correct forms and jumped through the proper hoops that some puritain thought they should go through before "they deserve" to receive aid. People would still work because they'd want more than they'd get with UBI whether it's in the form of a negative income tax, a tax "prebate", or something else.

single issue voting is how we get so many so called "pro life" politicians who are corrupt as hell and absolute shitheels on everything else. Too many dumbasses fall for their marketing on one issue and neglect to look into anything else.
The Feds need to just end the farce that is "The War on Drugs" and start rolling back all the civil rights abusing legislation that was passed to support it. They aren't any closer to ending drug abuse than when they started this nonsense in 1914.
