Since when do the city schools suck? Palo Alto is a wealthy city whose schools are considered high quality. Perhaps you are thinking of East Palo Alto, Palo Alto's poor neighbor, many of whose schools are not very good?

"homeschooling" is teaching one's own kids. When you're teaching somewhere between 14 and 30, most of whom are not your own kids (the Zuckerbergs apparently have three), and you employ teachers to do it,, it isn't "homeschooling". You're running a school.

I would think that this would be an easy bug to fix. It sounds like it is isolate to one place in one file. Is there a technical reason why it took so long to fix? Or did Microsoft just not feel like it? (I do almost all of my work on GNU/Linux so don't know a lot about MS windows.)

I take your point, but my understanding is that the mother has sole custody and that her ex merely has time with the children. But it isn't entirely clear from the news articles I found.

I find it hard to believe that Apple is technically unable to fix this. Presumably there is a data structure that contains the information about who is in charge of the account and they can edit it. If so, is the problem that they are afraid the ex-husband will sue them for breach of contract? I would think that the custody order would provide a good defense. What exactly is Apple's reason for saying they can't fix this?
