This "lack of accountability" isn't a new thing.

A friend of mine was murdered by two teenage shitheads street racing an F150 and Tundra through residential streets, not stopping at stop signs when one of them t-boned my friend in his work pickup, killing him instantly. At the trial, the kid's PARENTS were giving my friend's family dirty looks, as if it was my friend's fault that they killed him.

You can only pass an amendment with the agreement of the majority of the states, along with congress (both sides) passing it.

So, yes, Reich is correct, the more states that follow what he's written, the more likely it will cascade. There are already several states (some rather right-wing ones, too, funny enough) who have already passed such laws. I want to say it's like Wyoming, Idaho or one of the Dakotas.

Hyaluronic acid is added to creams and certain supplements because it helps with moisturizing of skin and lubrication of joints as well as reduction in wrinkles, which means it can "make things bigger"

It's produced by the body. The only way I can figure for testing purposes is if there's some baseline determined for normal body amounts and if someone tests for above that amount. I'm sure arguments could be made against the usefulness of such tests.

With how often AI gets its wires crossed with data, this should be mandatory.

This sorta thing happens anyway, on a regular basis. I don't know if its AI driven or not, by my father-in-law has a common name and has gotten email in relation to things he has no connection to. My wife also has a semi-common name and for a while, was getting emails and calls regarding non-existent employment work on her linkedin.

So I would expect errors to be worse with AI and it needs to be held accountable seeing as people's lives are at stake.

Unfortunately this is true about Facebook Marketplace taking over Craiglist list..

When I want to unload items for cheap, I often find myself selling through Facebook, although I do get responses on Craigslist. That reminds me, I've gotten so Pavlov'd into using Craigslist to give away "moving boxes" that I completely neglected to try Facebook. It also may explain why it takes a few days for someone to respond, when a few years ago I'd get three or four calls within hours of putting up the ad. (I live in Los Angeles, btw)
