Some people seem to have discovered that their submissions can hit the front page relatively easily, and are using them for purposes somewhat different from the intent. I give you WTF is wrong with Slashdot? by Sleen - which also disappeared from the front page very quickly.

I got used to it a long time ago, but I guess it is pretty bad when a web site for modern computer technology can't handle the modern computer technology for a web site.

It works well in all the browsers I've tried it in. It's just a new way to deal with reading the information and sending it to you. If you don't like it, why don't you just put on your big boy pants, stand up straight, get over it, and act like a man.
