I'm ecstatic when I can find a place that has a Kolsch or Hefewiezen on tap. Those are some great summer beers.

I live in the drunkest state (WI) and this sounds like good news to me. Many of my friends have at least 2 DUIs and the culture here is to drink at every type of instance where people gather. I don't drink nearly as much as I used to, mostly I'll have 1-2 beers on Friday night and 1-2 on Saturday night. I don't miss the hangovers.

People that use their phones in movie theaters should be punched, not encouraged.

The movie theater down the street from me seems pretty busy on the weekends.

I was using linux for years on my latest laptop until a kernel update boinked up my laptop making it lock up within minutes after logging in. I think it is something with the i815 chipset, but haven't had time to troubleshoot it.

I was talking to an appliance repair guy a couple years ago when he came out to fix a bad switch on my washing machine. He told me that he would never buy LG, Bosch, or Samsung appliances, too many problems and too hard to get replacement parts.
