Interesting analogy, but it does not hold up for me because special actions have to be taken to physically move a package faster. Actions have to be taken to prioritize internet traffic, rather than to have neutrality. In other words Postal neutrality requires special action while Net neutrality requires that you take no action, which is the exact opposite. Special action means cost. No action means no cost. Iâ(TM)m not trying to argue for net neutrality here. Iâ(TM)m just saying the analogy does not work for me.

When all companies start doing non-competes, the average worker doesnâ(TM)t have a choice but to accept it if they want a job. Just like how all companies started putting arbitration in their terms, once the first one figured out they could get away with it. Itâ(TM)s not about understanding what youâ(TM)re agreeing to.

He is saying that the US is trying to improve and China is not. Both are problematic for sustained life on this planet and fighting over who is destroying the environment faster is not constructive. The truth is that people will never give up our modern lifestyle and greed will continue. These little gains made are insignificant. Humans will continue cutting trees and manufacturing disposable garbage to make extra bucks and not care about the future of the planet.
