If Samsung had had a replaceable Battery like the note 4 this could have been a non issue - Send all users and Stores new batteries - not to mention as a Owner of the NOTE 4 I am reluctant to upgrade as I enjoy the convenience of swapping batteries when I am on the road instead of trying to find a wall plug or carry around an external external battery pack. It was the worst mistake ever to discontinue allowing users to change batteries - it was one of the reasons I Stopped buying iPhone.....Now with the exploding Battery issue - every device must be opened by SAMSUNG and replaced....WTF
