Journal geoswan's Journal: Bush on the decriminalization of marijuana 3

During a series of questions about our shared border, Bush was asked how he thought the increasing decriminalization of marijuana in Canada will affect our shared border.

He chuckled. And, it sounded to me as if he started off his comments saying: "It will affect most those of us who use marijuana". Is this another of his fractured utterances? Or, did he let slip that he is still a pot-head?

Darn, I suspect this mumbled utterance will not make the official transcripts.

Bush on the decriminalization of marijuana

  • Yes, I can fully picture GWB getting stoned once-upon-a-time

No, I can't picture him toking-up in the white house (maybe at camp david or at his ranch), he's already high on jeebus
  • George W. Bush and the DEA are too busy kicking down the doors of sickly AIDs patients and chronically ill California residents to smoke pot.

I wonder how much firepower you need to take down a pot kingpin in a wheelchair suffering from chronic, extreme pain? Very dangerous people... the elderly, crippled, and chronically ill make me afraid to go out of my home what with their criminal ways! I am glad that Mr. Bush is saving me from this horrifying social affliction!

  • Maybe he has smoked pot. No probably, since he's done stronger stuff, and he's been to college.

    But I don't think of him as a pot-head.
    I think of him as a crack-head.

After the 2000 election I had this vision of everywhere el-presidente went there would be throngs of protesters chanting "Crack-Head!"

Yea, I hate soundbite politics, especially chants since they have to be something simple enough and clear enough for a whole crowd of people to shout and still be understood. But crack-head is great for a chant
