Great Question. I'd love to know if Sony really appreciates the role of the blogosphere and their PR failures in Sony's current situation.

It seems like choosing the MS (embrace and extend) or Nintendo (shut up until there's something to say) PR strategies would have served the company better than the current Sony Plan.
