Since I upgraded to my 12 max I've had crappy battery life and much worse service with Verizon. Have been very unhappy with the QOS.

There are a lot of disappointed people over @ nexusoneforum.net with regards to the pricing. It sounds to me like Google lost alot of good will with such a high unsubsidized price.

Do people still fall for the fake "Domain Name Expiration Notice" scam? Domain Registry of Canada (Registration Services Inc, Internet Registry of Canada, Internet Registry of America, Internet Registry of Europe, Internet Registry of Australia ...) tried to "slam" a couple of my domains last week.

Some posters on LWN have noted that the worse Linux performance could be related to the Completely Fair Scheduler, which was merged into the 2.6.23 Linux kernel.
