  • the pertrochemical remains of the second largest oil spill in human history, which happend as a direct ruslt of huricane katrina, and the overwhelming number of oil rigs, some of them imporperly designed or mis managed..

    ok i don't know how much cleanup has been done on it, but just like with the exxon valdez, it's only possible to make it 'safe' for wildlife, when that much oil is spilled in one place, it saturates the ground, and everything..

    On a side note, it is very interesting to note that CNN changed the headline (and I'm assuming the story) to erase any mention of the word "retarded" in favor of "mentally disabled." I would like to point out that "retarded" is the correct term and any attempts to the contrary are politically correct bullshit.
