The typographically correct apostrophe is U+2019.
It reminds me a bit of the "colectivos" I've seen in Chile. These are basically taxis that have to drive a specific route. They are operated by individuals. There is no fixed schedule, but you don't have to wait long for one to pass by.
And if you measure the field strength only in a single point, you'll find an infinite number of other points on the earth that have the same field strength (unless it was the maximum or minimum, see the mean value theorem). The device must be huge to measure an area in enough points to have something that is unique enough to be found in the map.
The guaranteed payout was $5.
Nobody asked for Thunderbird's last three UI revamps, so why change how things are decided?
Exactly, the CRA must be fulfilled to be able to slap a CE sign on the package of your product.
If you don't sell anything, you don't need it.
But these were not expensive because of expensive parts. These were expensive because of the tiny production runs.
Yes, probably 90% of the people here at the university in my German city use WhatsApp. The other 10% hate Meta and use only Signal or Telegram.
But the university will never dare to use a mobile messenger to contact you. They will send an email or a letter.
If $100 is inexpensive, which ones are the expensive ARM SBCs?
Range is not enough, especially in winter when it is cut by 30%+, you are looking at charging every about 1.5-2 hours of driving on the motorway, unacceptable.
If I have to spend more than 1 hour every day in a car, I would seriously consider relocating. When I was a kid, my parents built a new home for us because my dad's daily drive was 2 hours.
VW had a very successful EV called e-up! that came out in 2013. When it was revised in 2020, the base model dropped in price to 21975€. That was in a time when EV sales in Germany were subsidized with up to 6000€. Unfortunately they decided to stop production in 2023 although it was in high demand. In total almost 67000 of these got sold in Germany. Some say it was because its driver assist features were no longer sufficient for the upcoming EU regulations. It also predates VW's MEB kit that became the base for the following EVs. The official reason for the production stop was parts shortage.
Only now does it surpass 45 million?
Over here in Germany almost everyone has a WhatsApp account. Even my 87 years old grandma uses it.
I am German and this is the first time I hear about "thin blue line" being associated with far right movements.
Our police uses blue as its color. They switched from green to blue a few years ago.
And we do have a far right party that has a lighter shade of blue as background in its logo and is typically show in blue in diagrams.
