That's what happens when parents let the kids use the adult version of a product. It is in no way Youtube's fault.

The largest bacteria in the US are concentrated in the Washington DC area.
No, you are not trolling. You are merely stating fact.
1996 called...it wants its headline back.
Slashdot obviously needs a job that runs ever hour that checks its BeauHD for problems. The current one is obviously failing.
I'm going to guess it's a really slow news day at Slashdot and the editors are posting anything they can find. Because this sure isn't news.
And I find it highly offensive that there are no photos in the story of a booby. They deserve as much attention as tits.
He or she asked the wrong question. It's not a matter of who could. It's a matter of who the hell would want to. I'm sure other delivery services are just lining up and chomping at the bit to deliver a letter from Point Arena, California to West Quoddy Head, Maine, all for just 55 cents US. And that's just sticking to the continental US. Besides having a law that says only USPS can deliver certain things, there is also a law that says USPS *MUST* deliver those certain things to any legitimate address in the US or its territories. And I guess you've not noticed how UPS, Fed Ex, etc passes the buck now by letting USPS handle that "last mile" part of the service on many of their residential deliveries. I'm sure UPS etc own more than a few congressmen of their own. If they wanted the business, they would have already paid to have the law changed.
Verizon is pretty much the last company I would ever trust for privacy.
I have a Moto X (4). The thing was so damned slippery that it was sliding all over desks and tables. And out of my hands. So I put on a cheap-ass silicon case that was on clearance at Best Buy for $5. Originally it was clear, but now it's slightly yellowed. Remember, cheap. It might add a whole 16th of an inch to the phone thickness, and it doesn't slide. The only phone I've ever rendered unusable, either with or without a case, was a phone about 10 years ago that I slammed in a car door. Surprisingly that only broke the touch screen, not the underlying LCD itself. You never realize how much you need a touch screen until it don't work with touch
Wash, rinse, repeat. The reason this food does not mold is science, and has nothing to do with the fact that it came from McDonald's. I used to expect a higher level of intelligence on Slashdot, but that Slashdot is gone.
Name me a country that has free speech anywhere and everywhere with no consequences like you seem to want. And since you believe in free speech everywhere and all the time, I'm sure you won't mind if I show up on your property with a couple of thousand friends and we have our own little protest march. And I want to start a free speech forum...what's the IP, user name, and password for your computer? I'm sure you won't mind if I use your computer resources to support my free speech, right?
What part is he rewording?
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
It doesn't, and never has, said that there will be no consequences for your speech from any non-government entity. In the United States you can say anything you want with very few restrictions. But you can't say it on my property without my permission.
The big problem I have with Yelp, and why I advise my clients to NEVER use it, boils down to actual customers. I know of at least three local businesses that either folded or had to change their names because of onslaughts of bad reviews from people who never actually did business with the companies. One can totally make shit up and Yelp doesn't seem to have a problem with that.
My biggest problem with Make: Magazine was the fact that I could not find a way to get a PDF or Online only subscription. The only way I could get it was as a physical magazine that I did not want. This meant that I could not have them on my tablet for easy reading, I had to lug a physical magazine around with me. Not gonna happen. Make: Magazine should learn a lesson from Linux Journal (which I pay for) and go PDF and online only subscriptions. Not only would this be more convenient, it would eliminate those high printing costs. I'd sign up right from the start.
Better yet, why don't all the phone companies get their collective heads out of their asses and redesign the system such that caller ID spoofing cannot be done. Oh wait...if they did that, they wouldn't be able to sell phone service to the spoofing companies. Never mind...
