Comment Re:They already have my face (Score 1) 202

You are ignoring reality in both the demographics of most illegal immigrants, hyperbolic reporting, and the overall very low rate of incidence of citizens being detained for *immigration* issues.

Note that your own (vague, and deliberately misrepresentational) article obliquely notes that 130 of that 170 citizens were detained after interfering, that leaves just 40 out of tens of thousands - and the government must address and be held responsible for those errors and alleged abuses - but that's hardly jack-booted thuggery.

You don't understand the law or the reality.

Public is public. The government can face-scan you just like I can take a picture of you.
Immigrants are subject to identification requirements whenever/wherever, period.
Illegal immigrants have no constitutional protections or rights.

A previous administration attempted to force asylum seekers to wait their turn for a hearing outside the country.

This is pretty much the same in every country, and for those that didn't have those rules - well you can see how well that's worked out.

This is the only end game. screenshots of the USG censorship backdoors to all of the other top social media platforms were leaked and proven. The only security or privacy concern the USG actual has about TT is censorship and propaganda control. Until now you can still live stream real events while they're happening over TT while both left wing, right wing and all US controlled social media collude and lie about what's happening. The USG needs the same control over TT so they don't lose control of the voters and rioters.

Teleportation Does Not Avoid Transmission
Quantum teleportation, another application of entanglement, still requires physically distributing entangled particles to the communicating parties. The quantum state of one system is "transferred," but the particles themselves must have been shared beforehand.

What happens during a bank collapse? Such as Synapse that wasn't FDIC insured? What about runs on the bank? Have you ever tried to withdraw more than $1,000 at a time with no advanced notice? Crime isn't the only reason to carry cash. Having access to it when banks are closed or not willing to give you access to your money is. Buying legal products that your bank or credit card company bans transactions on due to woke political agendas is another.

You're completely right. But isn't that what social media users are doing on their own anyway? The might read an article summary, a bunch of tweets and retweets of rumors and uninformed opinions, but rarely research the original topic. Then they're misinformed on nearly everything. It sounds like this bot is just trying to make that existing process more efficient.

Comment Re: How is it silencing the speech? (Score 1) 73

I agree you wouldn't recognize a threat free speech. It's a sad day when a Chinese app is the best option for unrestricted speech in the USA. Unlike domestic options from Alphabet/Google, Meta/Facebook, Twitter/X, and others that all cave to pressure from US government and US political parties; international options such as Tiktok may suffer from their own surveillance and propaganda concerns, but those may be far less relevant to the average citizen than the equivalent domestic surveillance and propaganda. All mainstream United States news, television, celebrities, government, and social media will collude on politically popular and convenient messaging. While raw live streams on tiktok will directly contradict the officially approved and politically convenient message. Tiktok may be less invested in favorite political ideologies and therefore be a convenient target if it makes you uncomfortable.
